Location

The bungalow complex has 12 rooms. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     Beautiful spot. Especially if you mountain bike.

    We stay here as often as we can. The location is ideal for a quiet get away. The grounds are very well maintained and scenic. A kayak paddle out to the island is a must. The bar and restaurant have a nice varied menu. We mountain bike right across the street in Guanica State park. The terrain is challenging and exhilarating. Must ride there again.

    This hotel’s customer service is an absolute disaster. I booked a reservation a long time in advance, thinking everything was set, and then a month before I’m supposed to arrive, they just cancel on me. Why? Because they’re overbooked! No apology that could make up for that hassle, and the worst part is I booked it directly through their website. So I’d definitely say, avoid them.

    The resort was very nice, clean and staff excellent and friendly, however cost for food and drinks were way overpriced. Yes, you may pay a premium for location but at prices vs quality offered it forced us to find other choices off sight. Also bedding needs an upgrade. Pillows very old and worn.

    Copamarina was a beautiful, lovely and peaceful experience. It was worth the journey from the airport in San Juan, traversing across the mountains to be able to enjoy that kind of peace and quiet. The staff were so delightful and friendly and very helpful. The food was lovely, and the views are to die for. I recommend this place for both families, couples and retreats.
