  We weren’t sure on this place when booking it because of the mixed reviews but thought we would give it a go. The location was okay but was up a creepy, neglected road but close to centre. The hotel itself look neglected, dull and lacked personality. Our first room was okay, seemed fairly clean but yet again dull - our air con didn’t work so had to move rooms up another flight of stairs. Our next room wasn’t much better - damp patches all over the walls, horrible smell and the bed sheets were off white and had stains. We checked out within the hour and the receptionist didn’t even seem surprised, she wasn’t apologetic or even asked us why we were leaving. Wouldn’t recommend, we’ve checked into a hostel now which is much cleaner and better value for money!

  Stayed here for 10nights , booked two rooms for me & my partner & the other for friends . Can say that it is great value for money - you get what you pay for. Very budget indeed .. things that could be improved is cleaner linen - cleaner towels . And there’s just a constant smell the reeks through the hotel , smells like drainage pipes . There’s a swimming pool however we never swam in it cos it just looked green all the time . The staff are VERY friendly - we stayed in room 304 & 305 . They may need to have a look at the pipes in the bathroom as we always had water on the floors - room 305 some mild in the walls that needs to be looked at . Despite that all comfortable bed - good room size - good value for money - close to everything & about 15min walk from Seminyak .

  Do not stay here!!! Decieving online advertising

  I really am not one to complain but this really was an awful experience. The hotel it’s self is in a sketchy almost derelict type of area (if you have seen the inbetweens movie it was like this) We were hit with an old dusty smell when we walked into the room and soon realised why when we saw the walls which were covered in damp.. we asked to move to rooms.. when we did, it still had damp but not as bad- as we don’t like complaining we thought we may as well lump it but when we checked the bed and the sheets were dirty (and by dirty I mean makeup stains on the pillows and blood stains on the sheets!!) they hadn’t even changed them from the last people. We asked for a refund due to this and they tried to make us pay for the first night, spent over an hour sorting this out with booking.com. Staff were unhelpful and uncooperative the whole time.. until my partner finally snapped and walked off. To which they then refunded us after laughing about it. Do not trust the booking.com reviews as I am unable to make my review through there after this process for some reason... Luckily there was a lovely hotel just down the road for a less price and lovely CLEAN sheets and friendly staff :-)

  This stay was really good. Big room, big bed, clean bathroom, ac room.2waters bottles for free. Reception very kind and helpful.Pool is awesome. Bed is so good, i had the best sleep on my journey. It is 200meter from the mainroad, no noise. Store is close. The price is absoluetly cheap for 200k. I Dont listen to bad comments, this place is amazing. Rate as a backpacker.

  I stayed for one night at the Agung recidence. It was really cheap, and it is a good deal for the price. It is a simple style but had all the things you need in a hotel room. A comfortable bed, hot shower, water and towels. It was a quiet area, even though you are really close to Sunset road. The street does look a bit back ally-like, and I was slightly uncomfortable walking there after it got dark. But that was probably just my own preconceptions. There is a little pool on the ground floor, and the breakfast was a choice of Indonesian, English or continental. It is basic, no gourmet experience, but it was decent, and a good portion. Overall, a good experience, and definitely worth the price. PS: the hotel was on another street than what Google maps told me.
