    Vibe of resort was fantastic. Felt very secluded. Room was wonderful. We did have a leaky aircon in first room but this was immediate rectified by a room change. Cleanliness excellent. Great price for what felt like a 5 star resort. Breakfast amazing. With the best fresh juices every morning. Pool amazing. Gardens amazing. Staff amazing. Big shout out to Pande and Ede for making our stay extra special with their welcoming, warm, funny, engaging personalities. Would recommend highly to anyone staying in Sanur. Short Gojek or shuttle bus to the boardwalk and beach. And the Indonesian show and buffet on a Friday night was a fantastic bonus that we didn’t expect.

    Such a lovely hotel

    The hotel is a little oasis of calm.They have the most amazing group of staff who couldn't do enough to ensure we had a great stay.The room was comfortable, clean and spacious.The pool was a bit of heaven to cool off in after sitting on a lounger doing a lot of relaxing.During our stay we had at various times breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu's were varied and there were options for local cuisine as well as more global foods. During our stay the server's made sure my food allergies were always taken care of.There were some theme nights with entertainment which were great fun.We took a cooking class with Chef Eddy, who showed us how to make some Balinese food that we then got to eat, and take away the recipes to try back home.When we return to Bali we will definitely stay here again.As I previously said all the staff were brilliant but I'd like to give a special mention to; Edy, Pandy, Bayu, Eka, Ari and Datu Ayu

    This is our second time at Alantara resort. As it was a family reunion, we wanted somewhere not too big or busy, so as the experience was close and relaxed. The hotel is not on the beach. The only negative. There is a shuttle that runs every odd hour into Sanur central. But we mostly ordered a grab car. Mostly the cost was less than idr30000. AU$2.50. What this encourages is you tend to roam further than just the area of your hotel, and there’s so much good food and beaches within a couple of kilometres. The hotel itself is beautiful. A swim up bar in a pool just the right size. Beautiful landscaping. The staff are extremely friendly. Being a small property, it never feels over run with people.     Location was set back on other side of the by pass but easy to grab a taxi to go beachside. Atmosphere very good, beautiful staff and the gardens were gorgeous.
