We spent our vacation at the Alena Resort.It's a truly small resort with complete amenities, and because there aren't many rooms, it feels just right and not stuffy. Their spa is amazing, and their service is very pampering.Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious.

Thank you to all the staff for our perfect stay🩷This is a must stay for your visit to Ubud!Could not ask for better service. The staff are wonderful and friendly. Their English was perfect and truly cared about our stay. We stayed in a bottom floor poolside room which was peaceful and spacious. The room had a lovely large bath and a large shower and they provided all amenities which were refilled daily. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel each day, the food was delicious! Fantastic choice of Balinese and Western food and not expensive. We ate the Balinese food every time and it did not disappoint in appearance, taste and portion size. The pool bar and restaurant had various offers and a variety of evening experiences like a Balinese evening and acoustic singers. Both pools were relaxing with sunbeds and mattress beds in the sun and shade. We visited the spa which again was relaxing and beautifully done, the treatment list caters for all needs. They were professional and friendly. We wish we visited the spa from the first day and spent more time in there, so on your visit make sure you see it on the first day. The hotel has a shuttle bus to take you into Ubud and will help you plan your day and suggest the best places to see. The journey is short and an easy drop off and pick up location, close to monkey forest (also a must see). They also provide their own trips which are not expensive, they are private trips with the best drivers who will support you on your trip. Thank you again to all the staff! The hotel is in a peaceful location, away from the hustle and bustle, making it a great place to relax. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
