This property is a cute and intimate retreat located in the heart of Seminyak. It is Bali's most exciting and exclusive address and offers a heady mix of life and leisure. Guests can enjoy the best of both worlds, the intimate and luxurious calm within the walls of the resort and the vibrancy of shopping, art shops, cafes, Seminyak Square, nightlife and beaches only a short walk away. Guests will find the nearest restaurants 500 m from the property and Seminyak Beach is 2 km away. It is 10 km to Denpasar and just 15 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

The property includes 12 villas/houses as well as 12 rooms. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station. Other amenities available include an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a stereo system, a CD player, a DVD player, a plug adapter, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Slippers are included. The bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are available for daily use. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The resort has non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool area. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the resort, including golf, a gym, yoga, a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments.

The resort includes a restaurant with a smoking area and a bar. Bed and breakfast can be booked. A continental breakfast, lunch and dinner tempt guests with a wide range of dishes (dinner à la carte). Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request.
