    We had a wonderful dining experience at Pala Rooftop Bar. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. What made our visit truly special was the outstanding service from Giana. She was warm, attentive, and always had a genuine smile. She checked on us regularly, made great recommendations, and ensured everything was perfect throughout our meal. Her professionalism and kindness made us feel very welcome. Thank you, Giana, for making our experience so enjoyable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Pala to anyone looking for great food and exceptional hospitality!

    The Apurva Kempinski Bali delivered the most extraordinary hotel experience we have ever had anywhere in the world.We stayed in a Hillside Suite, and from the moment we arrived, everything felt magical. The architecture, the sweeping ocean views, and the attention to detail throughout the property create a sense of grandeur that is difficult to put into words. Every morning and evening felt like stepping into a postcard.What truly sets this resort apart is the service. Every interaction—from the front desk and concierge to the restaurant staff, bartenders, housekeeping (thank you Pebi & Bian), driver for our transfer (thank you Esa Karunia) and resort team—was exceptional. The staff consistently anticipated needs before we even had to ask and made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued throughout our stay. The level of hospitality was simply world-class.The dining was equally impressive. Every restaurant and bar we visited delivered phenomenal food, excellent service, and memorable experiences. It is rare to find a resort where every dining venue exceeds expectations, but Apurva managed to do exactly that.The views are unparalleled, the grounds are immaculate, the amenities are luxurious, and the overall experience is one of effortless elegance.     Our stay at The Apurva Kempinski Bali as villa guests was truly exceptional. The resort is breathtaking with stunning architecture, beautifully landscaped grounds, and spectacular ocean views that create a sense of luxury and tranquility from the moment you arrive.The villa was spacious, private, and impeccably maintained, offering the perfect retreat. We especially loved spending time at the beach club, where the relaxed atmosphere, beautiful beachfront setting, and excellent service made every visit memorable.A special thank you to the Villa Lounge staff for their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and genuine care throughout our stay.Special thanks to chef Desak who took care of our food ,wiwik and Amar at their hospitality and devi served us with smile everytime we walked in villa lounge ,Also santi as beach club ,Their personalized service made us feel truly valued and elevated the entire experience. We leave with wonderful memories and look forward to returning to this beautiful paradise.

    Location - quite far from the city centre so if you want to just stay in a hotel and order food then pick this oneAtmosphere - quite, not too crowded by people which I likeRooms - I stayed at the cliff lounge which very lux and has this private pool that we can enjoy anytime, I wished it was heated at night. The AC was not blazzing cold for my room 2101 so might need to get technician to check but still bareable. Bathroom was vary spacious. The view tho, it's breathtaking from this room. Additionally, I wished I could get a connected room with my parents as they want to spend time with their grandkids most of times.Value - it's expansive but that's what you pay to get what you enjoyed.Cleanliness - My room was ok but my parents room at 2103 had ants near the living area which was concerning.Noise level - perfect. They had a wedding happening on Friday night, I could not hear anything from my room but still can witness the event from my room which was delightful.Service - attentive, humble, kind, professional, generous staff. The staff even offered me to use the pool and order drinks after checkout while we wait for our midnight flight but unfortunately we have another hotel to stay for waiting. I wished they offer a late checkout with cheaper price though. Amenities - our room has complimentary afternoon teas, cocktails hours, many different kind of outside pools, gym, kids club, playground - which were what we need as family with young kids and parents.
