  This place is a gems in Bali (Nusa Dua) Clean place and great services. I stayed with the family for vacation. The view from the room is breathtaking. Woken up in the morning to see the sea and hear the waves are both giving calmness to my body.

  We stayed at Villa OWOW and it was fantastic. The views were stunning! The service from the staff was always excellent and helpful. We left a luggage bag in the back of a taxi (which was very stressful) but the Manager of the villas tracked it down and got our bag back to us that afternoon.We ate the meals of the Villa menu and they were excellent.I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful place.

  Spectacular views

  We only had a couple of nights here, the villa could do with a freshen up but is clean comfortable and has fantastic views. The staff are more then helpful, friendly and always ready to help. The road in is a bit rough but is being upgraded soon. You can get dropped in nusa dua and for a small fee they will come back and pick you up. We have enjoyed our stay here.

  Villa OMG what a disappointment

  We stay in Bali every year and opt for a luxury villa. We have not been disappointed... until now. Villa OMG is part of the Asmara Heavenly Residence group and considering what $1000 per night can get you in Bali, I do not recommend Villa OMG.The road to the villa is almost impassable! It is so bad that taxis will often refuse to drive out to the villa to collect you or drop you off. As the Villa is somewhat remote (eg: not walking distance into Nusa Dua), this can leave you feeling a little isolated. The entire villa is looking tired and in need of some TLC. Walls throughout are marked and dirty, ceilings have water damage and peeling paint. Tiles are cracked and dirty. Shower screens that didn't open or close properly and such poor drainage that you had to turn the shower off and get out or risk water overflow into the bathroom (ground level bathroom). Leaking air conditioners onto beds (upper room). The air conditioners in the living areas barely worked. The linen, whilst clean, was stained from years and years of previous use.The staff, whilst very pleasant, are not overly helpful and not very attentive. For example:- the sunlounge cushions were never put out, rather they just sat stacked up in the living area.- linen not changed very often.- limited English (this is fine however made requests very difficult as the staff would nod and smile but not actually carry out the request) - We went looking for a staff member one evening and found them asleep!The food at the villa is almost inedible. Breakfast was ok but they don't really tell you exactly what's on offer and there's no breakfast menu which makes things difficult.Two great things about this villa? 1 - the view, it's stunning. 2 - Romi, the driver. He was fabulous and nothing was too much trouble for him.Wouldn't recommend when there are so many amazing places to chose from in this price range.

  Amazing hotel with breath taking views.. the road to get to the hotel isn’t very nice but once you are at the hotel it’s amazing! Hotel needs a bit of an upgrade with towels etc they have stains’ but the location is just breathtaking..
