Location

This Bali resort is a 10-minute walk from Geger beach. Within a 5 minutes’ drive are the Nusa Dua tourist centre and the Bali Collection shopping complex. Garuda Wisnu Kencana cultural park can be reached in a 15-minute drive, and the Uluwatu Temple is a 30-minnute drive away. The resort is 12 km away from Ngurah Rai International Airport, 20 minutes by car.

Facility

29 rooms are available to guests. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area. Complimentary newspapers are available.

Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. Further amenities include an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a stereo system, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. Leisure activities and facilities at the hotel include cycling/mountain biking, a gym, yoga, aerobics, a spa and a sauna or, for a fee, massage treatments.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant with a smoking area, a dining room, a breakfast room and a bar. Catering options include half board and full board. In addition to breakfast, the hotel also offers lunch and dinner à la carte. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    Stunning design and exceptional care until the very last minute

    We had a wonderful stay at The Balé. Despite being over 20 years old, the resort is ultra-modern and remains a design masterpiece. Our deluxe villa was beautiful, the pool was stunning, and the food was delicious throughout our visit.The service really sets this place apart. A huge thank you to Yanick in the restaurant for her incredibly friendly attitude - she made every breakfast a delight. We also loved our interactions with Bayu, our driver, whose friendly nature made our travels around the area so easy and enjoyable.What impressed us most was how they looked after us after check-out. They allowed us to continue using the pool and cabana lounges, and even booked a shower room in the spa facilities so we could freshen up before our evening flight. Additionally, the front desk team went above and beyond by helping me arrange a courier for an item I needed to send to a family member in Indonesia - their willingness to help with that personal errand was so appreciated.The guest app was also very helpful for navigating our stay. While there are some minor points that could use a look (like the toilet seats and the water bottle lids), the maintenance team was incredibly fast and professional whenever we needed them.A truly top-tier experience.     Luxury is at its finest at The Balé Nusa Dua

    We spent 15 wonderful and relaxing nights at The Balé in April this year.There wasn’t a thing we could fault.The service was 5 star - from the transport pick up at the airport, the welcome at reception, the spa, the restaurant and bars where the food, staff, and cocktails were truly amazing to the room service and housekeeping.We were treated as though we were the only people staying there! The knowledge and helpfulness from all the staff was incredible. And the hotel itself, all areas, from the grounds to the pools, our villa, the restaurants, the spaand the entrance was so clean and well maintained you would never have known that The Balé had been there for over 20 years!
