    Everything was great! Would recommend.Only small issue was that the bed sheets were a bit dirty, but overall I really enjoyed my stay.Great location, close to an amazing restaurant, and there was plenty of hot water!     Going to try not to be nasty but we got ripped off, my partner and I made the mistake of booking the same place on different phones. Silly I know but I didn’t think she was going to book it so I did on my phone just to realise she booked it too. I thought oh well they won’t charge us twice and we will sort it out at reception, for some reason we couldn’t get her money back. They said we may be able to reschedule though, just to tell us we can’t later on. Besides that everything else was alright! I’d get better staff at reception who are actually understanding and I still don’t understand how you could take both bookings at once. Like surely one would have said not available because I already booked. Girlfriend was very unhappy but cheers.     stayed here for two nights only three weeks ago when i had my Nov- Dec trip to Bali.this villa is my last stop during the trip.the location is great,close to Berawa beach,also close to many eateries and shops .the villa check in time is 3 pm,a bit late in Bali.there is a pool in the villa,not big,and shady,i noticed the sun never come to the pool,for a sun lover like me,it is a big minus.the room is cozy,with a fridge,a TV,the bathroom is clean,it has a bath tub.the villa dont provide breakfast,but many restaurants around,not a big issue.there is a Japanese ramen restaurant in front of the villa,but i dont have chance to try it.this villa is good for those who want to stay in canggu area,the room rates is reasonable.     Pictures can be deceiving, dated villa but wonderful staff

    When we first checked into the 3 bedroom villa we were shocked at the condition of the villa which was not like the pictures we saw online. It was run-down, dated, dark and not worth the money we paid. More like a cheap homestay. We felt cheated and would considered leaving if we had not paid so much.However we would like to commend the accomodating staff there, especially Ms. Yeni who patiently listened to our request and helped us to change to another better looking 3 bedroom villa which was not perfect but it was much more alike to the pictures online, cleaner and newer. The hot water wasn’t working but the staff got it fixed by the next day. We had a nice stay, but it got abit noisy because of the construction going on. Pool also became dirty and dusty because of the construction works and we could not swim. Breakfast was decent.Overall the villa really needs refurbishment, especially the front, old 3 bedroom villa which will surely scare guests away. We would have given a much worse rating if not for the polite, friendly and wonderful staff who made up for the sad, dated, disappointing condition of the first 3 bedroom villa and its facilities.
