    Had a great experience at capital, I have a junior suite which was massive and very clean! It was also my birthday and they decorated the room nicely for it. So welcoming!     Experience at Seminyak hotel and Spa

    I stayed at Capital Seminyak Resort Hotel for six days and had a wonderful experience. I went for massages a couple of times at C Sense Spa, and Efi was my therapist, her massage skills were excellent and truly relaxing.What made the experience even more special was her kindness outside the spa as well. When I was taking a stroll around the hotel, I happened to bump into Efi, and she kindly helped me take some photos and had a friendly chat with me. Those small moments made my solo trip feel warm and memorable. She is truly a great staff member who adds a personal touch to the guest experience.     The service was excellent. The duty manager, Eka was great. It went smooth. They made sure the rooms were clean. The bar on 5th floor was clean, Gus Wira was attentive to our needs.
