    I attended a conference at the Embassy Suites by Hilton In Charlotte and wanted to rave about the staff caring for us. I hope I do not leave anyone out in my list below. Staff, with smiling faces, was always available and responsive to our needs. It seems they took great pride in their care of us. The AV support was also gracious and met all needs.     Came here for a conference and was blown away by the amazing staff. From the servers and cleaners at the banquet to the managers, and front desk staff (Shelley), service was impecable and went above and beyond. a special shout out to Vanessa, Ella, Regan, Jeffrey, Jimmy, Jamichael, Travis, Zeytoya, Latonia and Aurelia, who made this stay so special.

    The rooms are great but the staff is even better! They were so kind, helpful, and accommodating to our conference. I’m sure I have missed some people but I wanted to recognize as many people as possible!
