    I stayed at Ardha Chandra Villas for two nights recently, it is a nice and quite place to escape from busy routines, had our kids enjoying the whole day at the private pool, we enjoyed the living room too where we hosted some friends to have some chats. Generally, the property was well maintained and thanks for Komang, the staff who was in charge for being responsive. We will be back for sure. Thanks for the lovely weekend. Ressan

    TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service! Never experienced such a bad, rude and unprofessional customer service. WIFI: Terrible! Very very very slow speed. If you are working online, then be aware because the wifi is very slow. It takes almost 3 minutes for a page to load and keeps switching on and off. 12 to 15 people and 20+ devices used the same wifi. Service: Terrible! We asked if they can do anything for wifi. They said yes but did nothing even after chasing them weekly. Owner says talk to the staff if we have anything, staff says ask the manager. MANAGER( who is not present in the villa) says ask the OWNER. Agent has no idea what's going on and very unhelpful. We took this villa because we were told that the pets were allowed and it's very hard to find a place that allows pets. We wanted to extend our stay for one more month and we already asked the manager and the owner. In fact we asked them time and again about extending it and they said yes, however 2 days before the first month ended, they we have to leave because we had a dog due to new management which was changed but THE NEW MANAGEMENT WAS ACTUALLY THE SAME OWNER. Condition of the villa: There was 0 maintenance. The condition of the garden was terrible and was not done anything in that 4 weeks. Pool maintenance was only done once after we requested them.Lots of ants. They say pest control once or twice a week but I they lied. They came once after the request. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the other villas.It was a total RIP off. We paid a lot of money for that villa. This company and the management team and owner is not trustworthy at all. They sacked 3 people and hired a new guy.

    Be extremely careful when you booked with this property.I have already booked and full paid for this property 2 months before my family trip to Bali on December 2019. I was booked and transfer the full paid money directly to the property manager. and i got the payment receipt already. Few weeks, few days and few hours before I arrived, I have texted (whatsapp) the property to remind about my booking and they confirmed and said all has been booked and prepared for my family. When we arrived at the property, they gave us an horrible suprised : My villa room was occupied already with other guests, and they can do nothing for it. The officer at the front desk even seemed 'not ready' for having me there. And in their computer system, even my name (booking) was not there. And all the rooms at that property was Full.And the staff in the front desk told me this was not the first time happened to their customers. Few days before we arrived, other guests got the same 'surprise' as we were. They made a phone call to their manager, and the manager (who I had paid full for this reservation) texted me that his staffs sell my booking to other guest. (well, i am not sure either the manager himself or its staff who did the overbooked).However, since it was already late at night and I was travelling with my parents and small children, I was insisted the manager to find me another place to stay.He moved me and my family to Aveda Boutique Hotel at Seminyak. However, all of this has ruined our vacation planning from 'relaxful and doing nothing vacation at the villa with private pool' into 'separated rooms at hotel and traffic jam along the way to and from the hotel'.Booking and Trusting Ardha Chandra Villa for a place to stay while I was in Bali was the wrong decision I made.

    I already booked 24 dec 2019, when i came to there. They cancel my book coz they say full. Me and my family so tired... Why this hotel can be favorite TripAdvisor???... I came at night,........... Hope the boss how cancel get karma

    I was booking 3 days before staying. And i was late for check in, its around 8 PM. Its so far from city, i was driving around 2 hours from city because terrific jam on the to villa.When i was there, that villa was full. So i didnt get room. Manager wasnt there, he doesnt care about customer.The reason, management forget to block that villa for me. Service was disaster, they ask me to refund on apps. Its takes long to get my money back.They should confirm us before, if that room was full. So i dont need driving far to villa. Its wasting time and of course energy.The receptionist was confirm to manager, to call me. So i dont need to come. But manager didnt respond.
