Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning, adjustable central heating and a fan ensure comfortable indoor temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Rooms have a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, tea/coffee station and oven. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a TV, a radio, a stereo system, a CD player and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including cycling/mountain biking, a gym, a spa and massage treatments.

Wonderful stay at The Dusun

We stayed 3 nights at The Dusun last week. The owners and staff could not be nicer-we felt this way throughout Bali. The service here was extra special. Each Suite is in its own enclosed courtyard-incredibly quiet and private. We had our own swimming pool complete with lounge chairs and umbrella and surrounded by lovely natural plants. From there you step up to an outdoor living area and full kitchen all under a thick thatched roof with fan and lights. Along one wall is the entrance to your bedroom/bathroom. VERY comfortable bed, huge bathroom and lots of storage space. Water pressure was very good and the a/c was perfect. The fixtures and furnishings are not brand new but it totally doesn't matter. In the evening the staff turns down your bed. You are also contacted in the evening to see what time you would like to have breakfast. At the appointed time staff show up and cook you your breakfast in your outdoor kitchen! Amazing! We missed tea each day as we were out. There were many good restaurants in the area-or you can have the food brought in. Highly recommend!

Oasis in Seminyak

We had three nights at The Dusun and loved it - the room was comfortable, the outdoor area was expansive with a great living area, kitchen and a large pool and garden. The villa we had was a three bedroom with two located near each other in the main villa and the third was in a separate villa on the other side of the pool - great for a family or friends getaway. The service was impeccable, breakfast was cooked every morning in our villa’s kitchen, the villa was kept spotless and the Dusan’s buggy was always available to ferry us around - not that you’d need it often as the location was prime - an easy walk to Potato Head and Ku De Ta beach clubs, Seminyak Square is about 500 metres away, Neon Palms and Motel Mexicola about 200 metres. Surprisingly, considering the location, the villa was very quiet - an oasis in the bustle of Seminyak. The only thing I could fault was a lack shade while in the pool, nothing a hat and extra sunscreen couldn’t fix. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 9 nights. We have enjoyed many trips to Bali but this was our first time at the Dusun and found it very expensive for what it was. The first 6 nights we were in a villa where the electricity went out almost every day. We were moved to a different room for the final 3 nights because of a plumbing issue and although we did not have any more issues with the electricity, we found the second villa was plagued with mosquitoes and did not have the same amenities (power outlets etc) as the first. We found moving fairly inconvenient with 2 small children, we deliberately chose to stay in one location this visit to avoid having to pack etc more than once.The positives were excellent pools in both villas, fairly good location and nice staff.

Been to The Dusun on a few occasions & it is an amazing place with wonderful staff. The accommodation and location is superb, with lovely restaurants very close by & the villas very well setup for relaxing afternoons as couple or with family. We will be back for sure …..

Stunning place to stay

Such a peaceful escape from the bustling Seminyak streets. We stayed for 5 nights in a 1 bedroom villa for my partner's 40th birthday in September and could not rate this place high enough. The villas are beautiful, the staff are wonderful and the location is perfect. We also had breakfast everyday which was delicious and a massage at our villa that was the best massage we had in Bali. Would definitely recommend to anyone
