  Great Location but it need improvement

  We been given a room in second floor. The room itself it spacious and overall clean though the bedsheets , pillows and towels provided are somewhat dirty. I am sure they wash it but the stains remains so it looks dirty. We had an experience which the electricity had power cut sometimes but the staffs were helpful. The location is great though. Walking distance to Kuta beach, Legian, Discovery Mall, Matahari Mall and even Hard Rock cafe. Overall, it was an OK stay but I would recommend to bring your own towels /or bedsheets.

  Nice helpful stuff,good location, close to everything!!Swimming pool was always clean and warm! We liked staying at D'gaduh, especially for pleasant and quiet atmospereThere are many massage places nearby

  arrived late evening to our expected two booked double rooms to find a twin room and one so called double - we had pre booked an extra bed for our grandson and room for a baby cot - the rooms were tiny no bed or room for one asked at reception to change rooms to accomodate our booking was given the phone and spoke to the so called manager who promised a full refund in the morning if we would manage for the night as nothing could be done at the time the next morning was a differnt story - the woman was rude and unhelpful she said her manager had told her no refund was to be given and offered an extra bed - asked to speak with this manager to be told she was in a meeting discussed option of our refund to be told tough luck you shouldnt have paid on arrival the rooms were dirty - bathroom had a foul smell of mouldy water - towels were grey old with holes no tea coffee available only a kettle - rat feaces was outside the door in the morning the power was off in the morning - the reception had to go to he shop to buy top up !! this place is definately not child friendly - push chair would not go through walk ways i know this guest house is cheap but please you expect basic cleanliness and friendly staffthis place is ok for young back packers who want to party all night as also it felt like you was sleeping in a night club the noise was so bad

  We booked two double rooms one with extra beds for the kids, upon our arrival we got one tiny room with two single beds and one tiny room with a double bed and no beds for the kids which we had previosly asked for and was told no problem???When we asked at reception the lady just shrugged her shoulders as if to say so what !!!The place was crawling wth ants and rat pooh all over outside the doors , Bathrooms were smelly and damp.When we asked for a refund we were just told tough luck you should have looked at the room before you paid !!! customer service zero with a bad attitude thrown in for good measure!!DO NOT STAY AT THIS SO CALLED GUEST HOUSE !!!!

  Customer Service Needs Improvement

  Stayed here last January 2018, We booked for 4 nights via Agoda (paid in full). And upon arrival we have no booking as per the receptionist. They said maybe it's the internet because it's slow and they didn't get the Agoda confirmation, but that's not the customers' problem right? We were then transferred to another hotel near them, and was told that our rooms will be available the next day. So since it's late and we have no choice, we agreed. The hotel they have transferred us into is substandard and old, it would've been slightly better if they've transferred us to a hotel at par with what we've booked or better.But that's just that, no apologies from the staff they just transferred us right away.The hotel is good, modern and has an exceptional location. But they really need to improve their customer service.
