  Great base to travel and see attractions, we had a 2 bed room villa with pool , so much privacy, the staff cannot do enough for you , I had breakfast and dinner there most days food very fresh and tasty , nathalie in the spa gave me a lovely pedicure plus some reflexology, will definitely be back

  So disappointed!! Villa was nothing like the pictures. In need of desperate maintenance. Bathroom door wouldn’t close as it was severely warped. Bathroom was so stuffy that you couldn’t be in there for more than a few minutes. The decor in the bathroom, mainly the river stones were all dusty with half of them missing. Only toiletries provided were shampoo and conditioner. These were never replenished. No soap!! We had to buy our own. Towels were never replaced. We had to call every day for fresh towels. Toilet seat would come off every time you lifted the lid. Pool was ok. Mouldy statues really set it off. Decking was so weather beaten as were the sun lounges. We kept waiting for them to break. The cushions on the lounges were so cracked it was like laying on a cheese grater!! Top it off with a concrete bed. Room service was atrocious as was breakfast. The included breakfast you could have either juice or coffee. Not both. Food was like it just came straight out of a packet. Even the signature satay was pre cooked. Half warm and half cold. Like they had been microwaved. Ants made it so uncomfortable to be outside. Spa was average. Location made it so hard to get taxis. Do yourselves a favour and book somewhere else. We had two weeks there and it was just depressing. 1 star is being generous.

  I was worried about coming here due to other reviews. This maybe a little warn, however the privacy and private pool is awesome. If you are looking for character this place has it. Very nice outdoor living area and bathroom. Will I come back YES

  After reading the other reviews on here I was almost put off coming, so I decided to wait until I arrived to pass judgment. I noticed reviewers had complained of ants, yes it’s a hot country and there happens to be ants. Easy fix, reception gave us a can of ant spray, I sprayed the door steps and no ants came in. Stained sheets… now the reason this is happening because people get tattoos while they are here and the ink permanently stains the sheets, the hotel offer an extra sheet just in case you decide to have a tattoo. My sheets were fine Maintenance around the property. Well here’s the things Bali didn’t get millions of dollars/pounds bailout for the people or businesses to live off during Covid. So the hotel only opened back up in April and as money comes back in repairs are being carried out. I’ve been here 7 days and maintenance have been working relentlessly throughout. The villa is very nice, you get a large bedroom and a diner/kitchen, plus your own secluded pool. Yes there are bits of paintwork that need touching up and the odd imperfection but look past this and you get serenity close to town. Can’t fault the staff here they are pleasant and go out of their way to help you.

  I stayed at the Jas Villas for 5 nights. I organised a transfer form the airport, my flight was early so I had to wit for the driver. The villa I stayed in was A1. The villa was clean and refreshingly cool. The entrance into the villa was a living area which was a waste as an internal space. The bedroom was large and bright with a king size bed. Double doors opened onto the pool area. Negatives:-* The pool area was compact with the area taken up with two pool lounges.* The room was worn with paint peeling around the printer of the rooms due to damp. * Waterfall feature into the pool not working* safe was locked on my arrival* Courtesy drop off only ran 3 times a day and was not available when wanting to book 5 hours in advance.Positives:-* Location convenient 5 minute walk to the main street of Seminyak* Pool privacyI would recommend this villa due to location but the upkeep of the villa was disappointing.
