    My husband and I spent seven incredible nights in a Premier Pool Villa at the Kayon Jungle Resort while celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. During our stay, we renewed our vows at the Puspaka Sky Chapel, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable trips we've ever taken.Our journey began with Denny, who met us at the airport with cold water and snacks for the drive to the resort. He also shared fascinating stories about Bali's history and culture.When we arrived, Sang and the reception team gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home.Our Premier Pool Villa was serene, spacious, and surrounded by stunning jungle views. We loved spending time in our heated pool and relaxing in the saltwater spa enjoying the privacy and peaceful surroundings.Our butlers, Septi and Dewa, were absolutely wonderful. They arranged transportation, excursions, reservations, and made everything effortless. We felt truly cared for.The food was another highlight. There was plenty of variety, and every meal was delicious and beautifully prepared. I deeply appreciated how carefully the culinary team accommodated my dietary restrictions.We're especially thankful for Rika, who planned our 25th anniversary vow renewal ceremony. She stayed in touch throughout the planning process and made sure every detail came together including the music selections and our petal release at the end. The ceremony was truly unforgettable.The photographers and videographers did an awesome job capturing special moments and taking advantage of the resort's incredible scenery. We're so grateful for those amazing memories.The breathtaking scenery and accommodations at Kayon Jungle Resort are incredible, but what made our time there so special was the people. Everyone we met was welcoming, attentive, and kind. We arrived as guests and left feeling like family. We highly recommend this resort and hope to return soon!

    Really nice hotel, very unique scenery and amenities. Putri was very welcoming. Gith and Caspi gave great massages. Would highly recommend the hotel.

    We stayed here for one night and got treated like royalty. The staff went above and beyond from the beginning and was very accommodating. We enjoyed the pool, had a great lunch by the pool and enjoyed our Royal suite. We had a planned honeymoon dinner at the Cocoon and movie outside in the villa as well. We concluded our stay with a 2.5 hour couples massage which was unforgettable. I highly recommend this place not only for its beauty and amenities but also the staff made you feel like family. So beyond grateful for memories made at Kayon Jungle Resort.

    My husband and I came to Kayon Jungle Resort to celebrate my birthday. We have been all over the world and this is by far the best resort we have ever been to. The staff and service was beyond perfection. Every person we spoke to was kind and attentive and made a point to try to get to know us. The beauty of the resort is unmatched. Every detail is thought of. The view from our room was spectacular and the room was expertly cleaned. Our private pool was heated! I loved the ability to send messages to the front desk to arrange for anything and everything we needed. From spa services (Ari, Andi, Yanti) to driver to tour the area to dinner and laundry and scheduling turn down services (our butler Lia was so wonderful). The main pool is so amazing with DJ and happy hour drinks with again perfect service (Augustini, Wendhi). The food was also perfection! The value of the accommodations here is superb! We were also able to hire a driver (Nova) from the resort to take us to temples and to see elephants and monkeys and anything we wanted. The even have golfcarts to take you around the resort (thank you Dewa!) We will be back!
