  The attitude of hotel is hot good towards indian tourist, they hit my colleagues and gave them severe injuries. Not going to reconmend this hotel to anyone.

  Great view of the mountains and lake from the room

  Great view of the mountains and the lake. Excellent service and amenities. The only improvement needed is putting a kettle in the room as well as brighter lights for the room as the room was quite dim. Location is a bit out of reach and not quite nearby to other areas.

  Stunning views but service not too good (shortage of staff) Also very limited menu in restaurant, which was often closed even though we had an email conformation advising it would be open every evening of our stay!! However there are some lovely other options nearby with better menus.

  Our room in the hotel had fantastic views of the lake but the room itself was very old (1960s?). Service was not great - no-one at the front desk, and no answer to the number to call for check-in service. Was quiet though. Breakfast OK. Overall, not great value for money.

  I believe they don’t know what <management > means. 1. The indoor parking lot is the dirtiest public area I have ever seen in Switzerland, filled with all kinds of things.2. They started drilling the wall at 7:30 in the morning. Hotel facilities:In the hotel picture you see, only the two-story building in the front row belongs to hotel. There is lake view on the second floor. In front of the hotel, it is the main road. The hotel does not have an air-conditioning system, the noise is very loud, and it is impossible to sleep with the window open.
