    Overall a very bad experience. Stayed here for 5 nights. First two days were the worst part of the stay. Room with fungus smell, not properly cleaned and there was no wi-fi at all for the given room. Then I made a complaint and got a new room. That was full of mosquitoes, and I had then they came and settled the mess. Next three days, managed to stay peacefully and wi-fi was fine. Food was also not that good and only was able to manage with bread and eggs. Luckily due to the business visit, I was not in the room most of the times. This was my first visit to Bali and hotel never met the expectations.

    Good property in Nusa Dua, make sure you take a suite or superior room. Anantha the front desk manager is simply awesome and very helpful. Even Prama and Warid at the bar are awesome and helpful. Good breakfast and spacious property close to top attractions around Nusa Dua.

    Stayed in Letina Hotel when visiting bali worth my friends for 3 nights. We felt very thrown off by the pictures on their website and felt like the hotel overall didn’t live up to what we were expecting. Rooms were decent although not very clean. The staff and service at the hotel was very pleasant and tried to help at all times. However, as someone with a gluten allergy, the hotel did not have anything to offer and I had to live off snacks and other restaurants.

    Aiman here. I have the best stay in Lerina Hotel Nusa Dua. All the staffs were very friendly and always smile n greet me whenever i see them. Thats the spirit! Shout out to Ayu, Warid, HSKP staffs,, you are amazing. Wish i stayed longer cause i like the vibe of the hotel. Simple but extraordinary feels. Pls pls pls maintain this kind of service and you will be getting more people coming to your hotel. Terima Kasih kerana menerima saya dengan senyuman dan hati yg terbuka. I wish everyone all the best.

    I enjoyed my stay at the Lerina Hotel. The breakfast was enjoyable each day. The location was great with easy access to the different parts of Nusa Dua that were of interest to me. I would recommend maybe just two things: room/carpet slippers for guests and more hanging spots inside the bathroom. The staff were quite helpful and friendly and that contributed to our overall experience.
