  Nice little hotel, away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta but close enough.

  Pretty good location close to everything you need. The only negative would be the distance to the beach.Staff are excellent, very friendly and will go out of their way to meet your needs.Everything you want/need is on site, great massage/spa with very good prices. Pool bar and cafe/restaurant serving decent food.

  Firstly it's a nice place and mostly the staff are very good. I have stayed at the niche many times here but the last couple of times have lead me to cancel an up coming stay and not to return again. A previous stay about a year ago, i had money $100,AUD removed from a zipped up bum-bag during cleaning of the room, When i came back to the room i got my bag as i was going to exchange the $100 and seen it was gone, i then went to reception and said something was missing from my room they asked what i didn't reply as thought don't accuse anybody so i went back and double checked, I then returned to reception and told them money was taken it was at this time they produced a clear plastic bag with my $100 and the room number in it. I was informed that it was on the floor in my room( i knew where i had put it), I asked why it wasn't put on the table in my room and brought to reception (No response) i also asked why they didn't produce it when i first went to reception and said something was missing, I just got smiles and blank looks from the 5 staff standing at reception . On my recent stay i ordered 2 drinks at the pool bar & charged to my room over 3 days along with small snacks. When i inquired a couple of days later how much the room tab was, it didn't add up they said i had 8 drinks ( Absolute Rubbish) i know i only had 2 drinks. The day of my checkout i took some bags to a friends shop near by (with the do not disturb sign still on my room door) i returned 10 minutes later to retrieve my bag i had left in the room due to couldn't carry it and then i was going to checkout, my bag was gone and a chocolate bar i had left on the table gone also, one of the cleaners came back with my bag and said he thought i checked out ( Obviously without checking with reception first Hmmm🤔) then minutes later he returned with the Chocolate bar. (quick to pounce i say) Next the water pressure on the 2nd floor is pathetic and if you want Hot Water well go to another Hotel because it non-existent. The Toilet can take all day to flush away your business (Multiple flushing in some rooms) Also the noise travels throughout the hotel big time hard to relax or sleep. The cards used for entry to your room is a joke some days i have had to go back down to reception twice to have the card reset, once a day is pretty regular. One previous stay i was looked out of my room for 1.5 hrs at night because of the room locking system and waited for the engineer to come from his village. As mentioned i had stayed here a lot but i will never stay again as i have experienced what i believe to be dishonesty by some staff and the Hotel need a fix up and is not worth the money. I wasn't going to write a review especially this detailed but i was fairly annoyed with what i believe is sneaky acts of dishonesty and thought how many are falling victim to some opportunistic staff. i am not saying all staff are like this but someone there defiantly is. This is my experience take it as you want. But my advice is to ask to sign for any drinks / food being charged to a room & Keep you belonging safe.

  Hidden gem within the business of Kuta

  First time staying at The Niche, and I will be returning! It was a fantastic stay. From breakfast, the room, location of hotel, quietness of the hotel, all was amazing. The Niche is a 2 minute walk to the Bali Bomb memorial, 3 minute walk to Poppies II, all that you could need is super close to Niche. Although breakfast was included in our stay, the serving sizes could be a bit bigger, most items offered were not filling (only the American breakfast was) and we had to find more to eat elsewhere. The staff are very accomodating, respectful, and lovely, they are always in best wishes!

  We stayed for 4 nights because was gorgeous cooked freshly the staff where so nice the room was big and spacious. It was in a quiet area away from all the noise they had a lovely swim up pool . There was lots of restaurants bars and shops in walking distance and the beach was about a 10 min walk

  Peaceful Niche in Bali

  Had the pleasure to stay in this wonderful niche with my friend during a recent trip to Bali. This hotel is a peaceful haven that is a ways off the main street, yet still within walking distance of food, night shopping and convenience stores. The staff here is always friendly and helpful to our needs. Late one night, when I was returning to my room along the quiet corridor, I was surprised to spot a security guard doing his rounds by the pool. This is probably the first time I see a guard on patrol at a small-ish hotel like this.Our room is clean and spacious. It is also well equipped with various amenities. Free mineral water is provided but the potato chips, although tempting, is not free. Aircon and hot water works well enough. In the evenings, multitudes of mosquitoes run rampant, and humans are forced to cower in our rooms instead of lounging on easy chairs at the veranda.
