  I found an ad for this apartment on Facebook.I contacted the WhatsApp number that was in the ad and asked for info.The person I talked with has been VERY rude. During the conversation I asked for pictures and prices and he/she wanted to know my budget, after I told him he show me an apartment, then I asked to show me others and he/she told it’s not in my budget and complain that I was wasting his/her times and blocked me on WhatsApp. 😅😂I just wanted to see if the second and more expensive apartment was nicer (the first seems to be very dirty and old) but this person maybe think I was playing around or something.I never had a similar experience with an agent in my life, his/her behavior seems to me pretty ridiculous and unprofessional.They lost a customer who needed to check in ASAP for no reason. Hope you will find a better agent for the futureTo the manager: the WhatsApp number end with: 20-7756, so you can take the necessary measures.

  I arrived at 29 jan '13 and i book via agoda but something bad happen. I can not stay at my room that i booked. I dont know why.. But the owner say that no available room.. I upset and really sad but the owner is very kind. They look for a new room in another hotel for me.. I stay in another hotel until 1 january '14 for free and they give me one night to stay at 1-2 january in the sakran hotel for free and the coolest thing is they refund my money.. Amazing!!! I go to bali for holiday and i get a bonus : a new family from the sakran..What a holiday!!! Happy new year everyone 😘😘Thank you for the sakran.. Amazing and cozy hotel with big room.. I recommen you to stay at this hotel.. Thankss ❤️
