Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Guests can store valuables in the safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service and a laundry service. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area. To assist guests with their business and communication needs, the business centre offers a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station are standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Parasols on the terrace are also available. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the resort, including a gym and table tennis.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant and a bar. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    Wait until renovations finish if you dare

    1 at best. Walked into what I can only describe as a construction site. We were the only guests in the property. The noise during the day unbearable, smell of paint and the dust.. staff were kind enough to offer to call a taxi and apologise but said we will have trouble getting g a refund….. wow In a taxi going elsewhere as I wrote this …

    Lovely hotel with everything you need! The staff were beautiful and extremely accommodating. We enjoyed the room which was huge and well maintained, the bed was a little hard but that is the only half negative thing I have to say about the Salila. The breakfasts were nice and staff were happy to make us an omelette every morning. The pool was great and we loved being able to have some drinks whilst swimming. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay outside of the hustle and bustle.

    Hidden gem in Seminyak

    Our first stop on our two week Bali trip and what a way to start.Arriving after 8pm local time, the staff were welcoming and very helpful. We were escorted to our room (which was up graded) and shown around the facilities. We were able to order dinner and eat at the tables by the pool. A great vibe for when you have just arrived. Breakfast is buffet style, and simply delicious! Breads, pastries, fruit, cereal, eggs cooked upon request, and bacon too!! Fresh juices, tea and coffee available as well. The rooms are spacious, with all the necessary amenities. Additional extras included are wifi in your room, kitchenette, king sized bed, large shower and bathroom and TV. As for the grounds, the resort is easy to navigate. Beautiful tree and shrub lined walkways, aesthetic surrounds, stunning pool. There are free pool towels by the pool, and a large swimming area, there’s even a bridge with happy Buddha’s!!The second level rooms have a balcony with a built in day bed. Lower pool view rooms are directly in front of the long stretch of pool, disconnected from the main pool (aka no random swimmers outside of your room) however the garden view rooms do not have a lot of garden to view.

    It’s a nice hotel and I can’t say there was anything really bad but I was a little disappointed and just felt that this resort is just missing that slice of ‘luxury’. After the reading the reviews maybe I had too high expectations! The bed was amazing, super comfy, lovely pillows. Rooms were a great size, very big. Good location to walk around seminyak and close to the beach although not actually on the beach and lots of building works around that beach area. The pool was great but I just felt that overall everything was a little basic. For example the soap in the shower was dirty and had limescale of some sort on it (that’s an easy fix/win). The beach towels were odd with one of them actually having a different hotel name on lol. It didn’t have shampoo or conditioner on there and as a 4* hotel I would have expected that but again maybe I have too high expectations…I have also been trying to contact the hotel (twice on email and several times on the phone) but getting no response… Overall for the price it was good…

    Heaven on earth We came here as our original hotel was awful so we took a taxi and the gentleman at reception showed us availability of rooms we fell in love with the lagoon access room.Wow big bed comfy pillows.powerful shower Fridge that's huge Tv and so much space The pools are warm , clean and has a swim up pool bar.Staff are attentive friendly and kind .Breakfast has a great choice .This place saved us from a disaster we had travelled from ubud, nusa dua then ulwatu so we were really looking forward to seminyak.... this place is just out of the way of the hassle and bustle of the busy streets.It's perfect. If u want to go anywhere download grab app our uber equivalent ... best thing we did .... close to amazing restaurants and bars.We will definitely return its just perfect.
