Location

The beautiful resort is situated on the quiet side of the Ayung River. It is set just a few minutes from the historical centre of Ubud, and approximately 5 km away from Ubud market. The hotel is spectacularly located amidst the rice fields and verdant hillsides of Bali. Ubud Monkey Forest can be found around 7 km away. Ngurah Rai International Airport is approximately 60 km away from the hotel.

Facility

In addition to 19 villas/houses, guests can also choose from a selection of 19 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The holiday village offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is a standard feature of some rooms. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. For guests' convenience, units include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. Other amenities available include an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a stereo system, a CD player, a DVD player, a plug adapter, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Guests can take advantage of the nightly turndown service. Amenities provided in the rooms include slippers and a daily paper. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available for daily use. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Various wellness options are available at the complex, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. Bed and breakfast is offered as a catering option. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The complex also offers special catering options.

    I've stayed her a few times. Located off a very busy road and depending which direction you're coming from you may have to take a roundabout way to get to it. Shares a large free parking lot with Red Lobster. Area overall seems safe.Exterior has an industrial appearance and could use some TLC. Common areas inside are much nicer. There was a scent of fresh paint in the hallways but not unpleasant. Check-in straightforward. One elevator for three large floors but I had no long waits.Room with a very plain spartan appearance but functional and clean. Bed comfortable. Poor water pressure. Wifi OK, I got about 10 Mbps. No coffee maker in the room though they did have an automatic coffee maker near the lobby. Breakfast better than average for hotels in this price range.Overall a good value but nothing fancy.

    The first thing is as I tried to cancel and they told me I couldn’t cancel, but they would try their best to accommodate me. They told me I could check in earlier, but when I arrived, they told me that I could only check in at three, which is not what they told me over the phone. The people are extremely rude. The hotel is extremely outdated. My soap in my room is expired. It was supposed to be from 2013 and it only was good for 13 months they make you pay a bunch of ridiculous fees. The only good part about this trip was the breakfast.
