    Very good luxury hotel in Ubud

    It is a small property. Not much to do on the property.Location was little outside Ubud but good if you want quiet and away from center.Easy to get in and out to go on excursions.Room was excellent and food was great as well.Staff are very professional. They made the stay very comfortable.

    Had a great time in this beautiful resort. The resort had a very positive vibe. Each & every staff member at The Westin were very courteous. I would also like to thank Ms. Devita for the surprise she planned for my family upon check in. The rooms are very nice & cosy.

    One of the most kid friendly hotels. Our stay at The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations in every way, especially as a family traveling with a young child.What truly made this stay exceptional was the incredible warmth and friendliness of the staff. The head chef took such great care of us and our dietary requirements! Hotel staff especially berlin took immense care of our child. Every single team member greeted us with genuine smiles and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Their attention to detail and sincere care created such a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay.As parents, we were especially impressed by how family-friendly the resort is. The Kids Club was fantastic—clean, engaging, and thoughtfully designed to keep little ones entertained with a variety of activities. Our child looked forward to spending time there every day, which gave us a chance to relax knowing they were having fun in a safe environment.The pools were another highlight of our stay. The infinity pool overlooking the lush greenery of Ubud is simply breathtaking. Whether it was an early morning swim or a relaxing evening by the water, the serene surroundings made every moment special. The family-friendly pool areas were also perfect for spending quality time together.What touched us the most were the small gestures the team made for families and children. From thoughtful surprises for our little one to personalized touches that made us feel genuinely cared for, these moments transformed a great hotel stay into a truly memorable experience.     Stayed in Hotel Elements by Westin Umud-Bali with family for two days on 28/05/2026 and 29/05/2026.It is a nice hotel with good location and spacious rooms. We had preferred king size large beds and hotel staff was kind enough to give both large size bed rooms ie room no 515 and 517. From the entry into the hotel at reception to dinning place and all other places in the hotel , we found the staff extremely courteous with always smiling gestures and very helpful.The breakfast menu and spread was reasonably good and the staff taking so much care during buffet breakfast . The restaurent location at 3rd Floor facing swimming pool is also very attractive .The dinner menu somehow we found bit limited which can be increased , adding more continental and Asian dishes.Overall it is an excellant hotel with best courteous and tourist friendly staff.
