    Great location with free shuttle pick up and drop off to airport. Just stayed here between flights. Receptionists not very friendly. Room small, beds average. Bathroom good, looks like it's had a makeover. Need some bowls and plates so one can eat in the room instead of going out when one does not know Darwin. BUT great that there is a pub next door that does a great steak tea.

    comfortable sized room with comfortable bed. Very dusty including moderately heavy dust on easy-to-clean surfaces like the phone on the desk and power points above the desk. Heavy caked on dust behind the bedside table where I needed to reach to plug in my phone charger. Ithink this shows the cleaners don't do even a basic dust often. The switch for the ceiling fan didn't work properly so it could only be off or agressively fast. Bed only had sheet but no doona/quilt. Bathroom was neatly renovated, but some hair that hadn't been cleaned. Breakfast was basic and reminiscent of the 90's but did the job. I was woken at 5am by people checking out because the floors outside the rooms are tiled, so luggage rolls very loudly. Shuttle from the airport was a fairly easy experience, but the waiting area is unmarked, so you have to follow their verbal instructions.

    Bugs, dirty, but reliable shuttle

    We went based on the decent reviews ... so I had to come back and share my experience. It was dirty, grimy, smelly. dead bugs in the hallway. our room was so heavily fumigated we could barely breathe (so, hoping we did not ferry bugs away with us, at least). carpet gross and dirty. didn't dare touch the covers on the beds (pushed them off by the sheets, which did appear clean). loose fixtures in the bathroom sink and toilet, concerned they would fall apart/break. Didn't dare take a shower or undress. used all the locks. Guys at the desk were not friendly but adequate. Shuttle went on time and was cleaner than the room. Had we gotten there earlier in the day, would have left. As it was we choose to leave early (when we could not sleep anyway at 4am). Had nightmares about bugs and danger.Would NOT recommend..... should be shut down.

    charged us & we didnt even stay there. Went to book online but booking system wasnt working. rang then they would not give us the member price as we were not booking on line. Asked if we could leave our luggage in cloakroom next day as we were flying out late, got disconnected, no CVC number given, no confirmation of booking but charged us next day. When we rang & explain immediate response was "we didnt do that" then argued payment is only done after we checkout. NEVER STAYED THERE & WAS CHARGED

    A good stopover

    Close to the airport, this is a great place to stay between flights. We arrived in Darwin very late and were picked up quickly in the shuttle bus. The room was clean and comfortable, with basic tea and coffee facilities available. We were able to organise a later check out at midday (for an extra $25) and had lunch at the bistro next door. This was an affordable option if you’re between flights and just need somewhere to shower and sleep.
