Once in a lifetime opportunity to stay at the gardens.

Once in a lifetime hotel stay. Museum like stay adjacent to Tirta Gangga Water Gardens. Can visit gardens after hours which is a rare experience. Staff and service are wonderful.

Beautiful hotel with nice garden, seeview and great service. The pool was very nice and we very much liked the service of the pool attendant :). The room is spacious and has a good bed. The bathroom is half outside, which is nice but you can hear the neighbours. Breakfast is OK but not outstanding. Eating in the pool bar is great.Our twonights stay was a bit short.

Boutique accomodation at water palace

Stayed I night at Raja villa and Superior villa. Raja villa is very boutique with grand styling and great quirky bathroom. Good breakfast. Good pool shared between 5 or 6 rooms plus own plunge pool. In palace grounds so direct access to gardens when closed to public in evening and early morning.

Positive special experience - the rooms are in cottages: wonderful design, ours had an outdoor shower, a large kingsize bed, and narrow beautiful front door. Service at the hotel is superfriendly and helpful, though sometimes a bit complex (eg there are vouchers for the restaurant which is right next door.). Not luxurious but everything is provided for.The restaurant is very well positioned to oversee the waterpalace, the good is fine (not memorable). The guide provided for the tour was excellent, recommendes to take the tour. The waterpalace itself is extra interesting with a good guide, though at peak hours it gets flooded with tourists looking for an insta photo… Staying at the hotel in the palace really does offer the chance to get in early before the crowds.

They give fake information to consume in their place. I asked if they accept American Express while the answer was yes ( over 300,000) after we ask for the bill, the guy told us that they didn’t accept American Express even we order food over 300,000 and even we tried to pay with visa and master card their terminal wasn’t working. You cannot make people consume a lot and then lie to them. We had to pay by cash. If we would have had cash, they I don’t know what I would do. Also the manager ignored us. Food is not that good.
