  Poor maintenance

  My family & I stayed in Villa H in August 2022 for eleven days.Please not that this review applies to Villa H only (not Villa G). It is my understanding that both are managed by Premier Hospitality, but are individually owned.The following issues require urgent attention:The balcony directly out from bedroom 3 is rotting as are the steps and hand rail leading up to bedroom/bathroom 3. We had no other option other than to lock the door to the balcony and remove the keys as it was a safety issue.Numerous light globes need replacing as they are not in working orderPool light does not workBoth airconditioners in the kitchen & lounge area cannot be used at the same time as the power tripsThe shower in bathroom 2 is dangerous, to the point my 8 & 11 year old grandchildren could not use it unsupervised. One minute the water was so hot it could burn you, the next it was very cold. The shower continued to run this way every day.The TIS Villa signage – drivers had great difficulty finding our location as the sign is so old and fadedIs it the responsibility of Premier Hospitality or the owners of the Villa to ensure that the premises are safe? Either way, there has been ample time during COVID to rectify the maintenance issues.All the bath towels need replacing as they are in such poor condition.The same two tea towels in the kitchen were used every day for the whole of our stay and they were dirty. I washed them myself, but the stains would not come out.No face towels were provided in any of the bathroomsConstantly having to request more toilet paper was just not acceptable. Something I have never had to do before whilst staying in other Villas in Bali.We were without internet from 6:00pm one evening until 10:00am the next day. This left us with no way of making contact with our driver, Nanny or appointment confirmations.We could not reset the modem as we found out the modem is in the other Villa G.On a positive note, the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen dining areas were lovely and clean. The staff were very good, especially the young man responsible for the glass cleaning. He did an exceptional job, every day the glass was spotless.I couldn’t help but notice.We also liked the location.   Not what I was expecting

  First impression when I was shown this villa was 'wow, this is great!' but once I was settled in the cracks started to show. I understand that the whole world was in shut down for the past 2 years, however there has been ample time to fix the following that would have deemed this property safe and more comfortable. One of the balconies on the second floor had rotten wood around the base, I had to make sure that door was locked at all times so that no-one including my children did not go out there. The top stair and many others were not stable and the hand rail was not fixed firmly. 7 light globes were out for our whole stay including the pool light. Not enough toilet paper was provided on a daily basis, had to buy our own. Shower in room 2 ran extremely hot then cold every 30 seconds, kids could not shower on their own as they found it too hot. Power went off one night and could not contact anyone as Wifi was out. There is no reception so if anything happens you can't contact someone straight away. Safe battery in one of the rooms had no cover so kept powering off, had to use it manually. No instructions on how to use any of the appliances. Oven does not work, just the griller. Strings on numerous blinds were missing so you couldn't put the blinds up. No security. Towels were not replenished daily and were dirty. Sometimes they were picked up from the floor and placed back onto the towel rack.   Awesome private villa with great pool and amazing staff!

  I just wanted to share my experience of our private villa accommodation in Seminyak.My hubby and 2 older teenage children stayed in villa G of Tis Villas Seminyak for 9 nights in December 2019.From the moment we arrived we were treated extremely well. Coconuts on our arrival which were greatly appreciated as was very humid. We had Margi and Ketut look after us for most of our stay and were so helpful! We even tried to get them to do less as they would clean our villa daily, cook our breakfast and tend to our needs.The villa itself is in a traditional decor, very clean with good shower, aircon etc. Loved just walking out my room and onto a lounger or into the pool!The villa is well positioned. A short walk to the beach and seminyak square. Down a side road with Mexicola at one end and Potatoe Head at the other... It was also very peaceful which we were grateful for after all the beeping of the cars etc...If you are looking for a awesome private villa please consider this one and say hi to Margi and Ketut and that Mandy and Greg sent you...You will not be disappointed!!!   What a fabulous villa this is. We stayed in “G” which was the 2 bedder. Firstly it was an oasis within Seminyak. The villas seem to b up alleys slightly away from the main roads. Our was situated so as not to get any road noise but 2 mins walk to the main drag, restaurants, shopping and an ice cream shop. Also approx 7mins walk to the beach. I think the villa was owned by an Aussie and maybe that’s why the little touches were there but as I haven’t stayed in a villa before I have nothing to compare it with. They had a magnifier hand mirror in the walk in robe and a stool in the bathroom both of which came in handy. Also a powerful hairdryer, yippee. I think most come with a water cooler these days due to the inability to drink the tap water. We didn’t need to muck around with bottled water. The garden and pool area was beautiful with room to move so if u have children they r not just playing on concrete. The BBQ evening they provide (if u stay over a certain amount of nights) was fabulous. Definately something there for the whole family with pasta salad and corn done on the bbq which would satisfy any child I think. Both bedrooms were large with walk in wardrobes and walk in bathrooms so either bedroom (especially for couples) would b perfect whichever u ended up with. Finally the staff who were just wonderful, especially Budi and Margi who cooked our breakfast each morning and did their best to help with anything else we required. The service couldn’t b any better. All in all u wouldn’t b disappointed if u stayed at Villa TIS and we would highly recommend it. Hopefully we will b back.   A quiet luxurious retreat

  Recently stayed with Tis Villa G for 6 night with our friends and we wanted for nothing. The Villa is spacious and well appointed, the staff are incredible and the location is a short walk from Seminyak’s greatest restaurants. Each morning we had breakfast prepared for us by Budi or Margi. Both willingly helped with their local knowledge to advise where to shop, how to get places and traps to avoid. Nothing was too much trouble. The private pool offers cool relief from the heat, but the villa is airconditioned too so you’re guaranteed a good night’s sleep. We were so impressed by our time at Villa Ts G we’re planning to return soon
