    The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They were always will to help and assist where needed. The location is great and in close proximity to shops, good restaurants and a great gym (Uluwatu Collective).

    Stayed here for 10 days. Staff is lovely.. very helpful:) Rooms are very clean. Wifi is not the best but enough for Netflix. They have bikes for rent .. you will need one. Breakfast is delicious:) pool is fantastic.

    Rooms are spotless, bed is great. The location is good if you're OK with driving / taxi-ING everywhere. All the beaches on the island are extreamly accessible as this hotel is smack bang in the middle.I used this hotel to just beach hop and chill by the pool 🤙🏽

    Prime location if you want to explore places close to uluwatu. Clean Rooms, Bikes available for rent. Gas station & Market is located just about 5mins walking distance. Very friendly staff. A guy (who stays in ubud) and a girl at reception was very helpful. They go out of their way to help you out. Strongly recommend to stay here when exploring uluwatu.

    I can’t believe this hotel has won an award. Their service is crap.Something went wrong with our booking. They charged us double the price but I was not going to pay that. Then the guy at the reception lowered the price but took our breakfast away!! Which was still more expensive than what I saw they offered on the internet. I tried to convince him to at least give us breakfast, but the guy just gave me an irritating smile back.We also mentioned we wanted to stay for 2 nights, but the day after, the same guy from the reception walked up to us and said we couldn’t stay here anymore. Wtf? We sat in the sofas in the reception for 1 hour at least to find another place to stay nearby. Not once did the receptionist asked if he could help or did anything to make us feel a little bit comfortable. We left the hotel and couldn’t even enjoy a little time at the pool.Forgot what his name was, but I would fire him immediately. The crappiest and worst service I’ve ever had in a hotel. Seriously, don’t go there. There’s an awesome and cheaper hostel with swimming pool just 5 minutes away.
