Unresponsive staff. Lack of basic amenities like glasses in the room. There was seepage on the walls. I asked for extra bedsheets. The staff disappeared after hearing nh request. I tracked him down and followed up and he said " wont be available" it was clear he hadn't even remembered or tried. After speaking to the reception, they finally made it available. We had to take packed breakfast as we were checking out very early. We got an underwhelming series of options. If you take eggs and bread thats all you get. Or you get veg sandwich but no eggs with that. The juice was packaged in a way that it was leaking from the start. I had to leave them behind. Our stay included breakfast and had we stayed to eat at the hotel, there would have been a whole buffet spread available. Why then are the packaged options so miserable? Cheap trick to rob the customers of their money. Do not stay here. The place is run by a bunch of people who don't seem to like doing what they do for a living. And that shows in their service. The only good thing was the food. We liked the nasi and mi goreng...but I guess you cant mess up those two dishes anywhere in Indonesia.

Not up to the mark for the charges levied. The restaurant staff was arrogant and their Indian food is prepared in another hotel. The pool water was also not clean. The staff insists to write good review at the time of check in only. Rooms are spacious

Everything was wonderful at Ubud Raya The room was very well cleaned as well as the common areas swimming pool, fitness, restaurant The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive to my needs. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as enjoyable as possible.
