    We don't recommend except they go major renovation and deep cleaning. Very very bad conditions and very dirty villa.

    The villa was disgusting. never cleaned. bedsheet and towels were clean everything else was disgusting. microwave dirty, kitchen sink never cleaned, shower head was unbelievably dirty, electric cable hanging in the clothes cabinet, everything was in a very very bad conditions of hygiene and security. the outdoor sofas pillow greased as never been ever cleaned I guess. No mosquito net (it costs literally 5 USD to buy a bed mosquito net...), no coffee machine, 3 dirty plastic hangers per person, toilet cover broken, and there was a massive mouse in our room that let her excrements on our bedsheet...

    Just lovely and tranquil , out of busy Ubud centre with lovely gardens and good staff . Free lift into town but find your own way back. A short walk out of entrance , turn left and you’ll find a supermarket and a good bar . Food here - good at this resort.

    Please do not stay here! From the time we entered it was messy, service and politeness is bad n got to worst, no tiny water bottles in room, run down rooms n floors and even linen and cushion, breakfast is bad…. I specifically asked for two eggs and they gave me one, asked for a simple 1 hour late check out coz we booked for two nights and changed it coz we didn’t like the place at all When we asked for just one hour late check out they fussed so much, we checked in around 6pm n spentOnly few hours just to sleep coz we didn’t like the place at all,,, do a favor n don’t stay here It’s far from the best locations n areas They have a wrong location on map n ask to change it to a separate one which is far away

    The best thing about our stay were the staff; so helpful and friendly all the time. Me and two friends stayed here for 5 nights in September, we arrived at about 2am but this was no problem for the staff that welcomed us in. Breakfast was included every morning this got delivered at a time of our choosing. The pool is big and a great temperature all of the time. We arranged a number of massages through the hotel as well and they came straight to our rooms and the massages were fantastic. Everything was clean, tidy, and we felt really looked after for the whole stay.

    1 out of 5. Where to start? Showed up for a night at a quiet Villa only to be met with music blaring at 11 out 10 in the villa next door due to a bunch of 20 somethings partying and carrying on. It was so loud you barely hear yourself think. I have never in my life experienced anything so out of touch from the hotel staff when I questioned what on earth was going on,…..since when did Ubud turn into Cancun or Kuta?When I said I was going and wanted my money back the staff were hostile and the manager refused to show up. Whatever you do, steer clear of this total and utter disaster of a Villa, it’s incredibly rude staff and trashy guests.
