Near the aparthotel the famous Kuta Beach and Legian shopping centre can be found.     Great stay at Umalas. Quiet area with great cafes in walking distance. Special mention for Erry and also Defi. I stayed here over Nyepi and really enjoyed a quiet day here and was offered room service too

    Looks good, but all aesthetic! Put simply, I am surprised some of those huts are still standing, but you can see the repairs when you look closely.Further downside to it all, is that it is next door to the rubbish dump. So, you can imagine the smell, which is something you can't see in the pictures they show you to advertise the property.

    Dirty and smelly, cheap for sure , yet so depressing to stay there.My advice, when u arrive at the front desk , look around, you can see already the reception is not in really good and clean condition. I regret i check in too fast. ask to view the room before you check in, if u can stand the smell and dirt, good for you.The local themselves where shocked by the conditions.

    The place is sad, dirty, infested, old, smelly. I spent hundreds of dollars in cleaning products, bought bedsheets and towels and still couldn’t feel comfortable enough. This place has been neglected by the owners and the staff is not at fault. They clean with water because they don’t have cleaning products, they try to fix broken appliances that are beyond repair. All elevators have been temporarily closed for months now. They don’t care.Found a rat in our place already. In North America this would be a Motel at best. Think of it as such.I recommend you not to book it, you’re up for major disappointment. It is in extreme bad shape and I wish if reported the government would care but unfortunately they will not.Shame to all booking sites that still promote this hotel.My kids got skin rushes and one of my kids ear infection because the pool water is dirty. Never cleaned. People come from outside the hotel to swim, no problem.

    The biggest scam ever!! Mold in the rooms, dirty bed sheets, dirty surfaces every where. We wanted to cancel our booking and get our money back but the staff here are so rude and non-service minded so we didn’t get a penny back. The worst hotel experience ever. I wouldn’t go back even if someone paid me to do it.
