  Stayed here for 7 days. On our journey to the hotel I was a little worried on the way up. The hotel is a little out of the way. Didnt need to worry. The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for you. The food was very good. We were full board. The breakfast was buffet but the rest of the meals were cooked to order from a menu. Only thing I would say is it needs a bit of TLC. As in a bit of painting here and there and a bit of work around the pool as the decking boards are loose and uneven. Wouldn't let this stop us coming here again.

  Stayed for 1 night. Excellent service from staff. Clean, comfortable and luxurious accommodation. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very positive energy from staff and always looking for ways to make our stay better.

  While many like the hussle and bustle we don’t and Uppala is nestled quite a bit out of Nusa Dua on a mountaintop with spectacular views from the pristine roof top pool. The villas are very spacious and clean, the beds comfortable and the pool is so nice to relax around. The staff are amazing running us at no charge into Nusa Dua anytime we requested and picking us up also, breakfast was great and always left with full bellies. The negatives there is no spa like the title says but you can get plenty of spa services in Nusa Dua. The steps to the restaurant and pool would be hard if you are unable to climb many stairs, there is no elevator.

  A very relaxing and restful holiday

  My wife and I were transferred to this facility from the Uppala Villa at Umalas and boy! what a transfer it was. Our villa was very clean and the bathroom was a great highlight for me.The infinity pool is also very big, clean and lots of fun to swim in. The daily cocktails were an additional delight.We had a private pool villa. It was really spacious, quiet and very relaxing. Our room was well appointed and had a separate lounge area. The pool is big enough and very clean. On our last night we had the honeymoon package and it was simple amazing. Our villas front entrance, private pool, bedroom and bathroom were so beautifully decorated with roses, it was very romantic. We thoroughly enjoyed the sumptuous dinner under the moonlight on a beautifully decorated candlelit table. The honeymoon package experience would have been more delightful if our dinner was cooked in our villa by a private chef. However, the dinner staff did a great job.Overall we had a wonderful time and can't wait to return with friends and family.

  The worst experience I had in Bali

  Flies (insect) all over the place (villa, lobby and restaurant).Asked the staff to get rid of the flies everyday but the flies keep coming.Flies attack us everywhere.Breakfast menu are terrible and flies are all over the restaurant and food.Private pool is green and it’s really gross.Good view from the restaurant to the bay.
