    An Unforgettable Family Stay with Warm, Personalized Service

    We stayed at this hotel for three nights.Although Bali offers many wonderful hotels, we feel truly fortunate to have chosen this one.We made our reservation directly through the official Japanese website. By staying two nights or more, we were able to enjoy several generous benefits, including a floating breakfast, airport transfers, and afternoon tea.There were several Japanese staff members, and we were very impressed by their attentive and meticulous service—from the initial booking and reservation changes to their thoughtful care after our arrival.In addition, some of the Balinese staff spoke excellent Japanese. When our son was not feeling well, they kindly checked on him, which was incredibly reassuring for us.As a wonderful surprise, the staff decorated our bed beautifully to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. It was such a thoughtful gesture and created a very special and memorable moment for us.We stayed as a family of five in a two-bedroom villa. Each bedroom had its own bathroom equipped with double sinks, a toilet, a shower, and a bathtub. The villa also featured a private kitchen, living room, dining area, and a pool. It was by far the most luxurious accommodation we have ever experienced, and both our children and my mother were delighted.There were also convenience stores, restaurants, and laundry services within walking distance, which made our stay even more comfortable.Breakfast could be enjoyed either in our villa’s dining area or at the restaurant. Since our son was feeling unwell, the staff kindly arranged to have his breakfast served separately in our dining room, demonstrating their exceptional attention to detail.Before checking out, we also enjoyed the spa services, which were outstanding and added another layer of relaxation to our stay in Bali.When we return to Bali, we would absolutely love to stay here again.Thank you for such a truly wonderful and memorable experience.

    We recently had our wedding at Villa Air Bali, and it truly exceeded all expectations.From the beginning, everything was handled so professionally and smoothly. A special mention to Chintya and Widya, who were both amazing to work with. They were attentive, kind, and made the whole process feel effortless for us.On the day itself, everything ran perfectly. We didn’t have to worry about anything, which allowed us to fully enjoy every moment. The team’s attention to detail and genuine care really stood out.The villa is stunning — peaceful, private, and beautifully maintained — making it the perfect setting for a wedding.We’re so grateful to have celebrated such an important moment here and couldn’t recommend Villa Air Bali more highly.     Lovely villa in Seminyak

    The staff here are very friendly and helpful, especially the reception team. It’s great having a driver to drop you down to Seminyak square and he went above and beyond for us. The beds are uncomfortable but the reception and housekeeping staff kindly and quickly put a mattress topper on which was helpful. Great location and you can walk back from Seminyak square, or take a cheap taxi. We had a big villa and pool area, would have liked a tv in the air con bedroom, but overall the grounds were nice and we had a lovely time. The restaurant is ok and there is a spa and small gym. I stayed 4 nights and it was an easy nice place to stay. The staff welcomed us with a special message for our engagement.

    Our stay at Villa Air Boutique Resort & Spa was an absolute paradise. The staff provided excellent service, meeting all our needs with a beautiful friendly smile. Special thanks to Kadek & Meli. The lush gardens and pristine private pool offered the perfect secluded, romantic get away. Every meal was a gourmet experience, and the spacious, well-appointed rooms made us feel right at home.
