  Unfortunately this villa is not what it states. The booking that was made was misleading and nothing like what we have paid for. Villa is run down and old. We weren’t able to get the big villa with pool because it was completely under construction, no where near liveable. They wanted us to pay additional costs also. Plumbing and electrical went out multiple times during our short 2 day stay before we had to move due to being completely uncomfortable. False advertising of villa! Would not recommend!

  I hate writing bad reviews, and to be honest it wasn't so bad compared to other's experiences. I thank the reception and staff who were always so nice- they're really lovely Indonesian girls who go out of their way to help you that it can't be helped if the management didn't do anything about the place. I had a late check in but the staff were really sweet - even let me choose one of the three villas available. Unfortunately the pool rooms were fully booked so I was kinda bummed because of that. Breakfast was not bad, just hope they cover up the food next time since its usually left outside the room - to avoid flies and what not. Overall room was clean - housekeeping was efficient changed the sheets ad toiletries. Pleasantly surprised they included the miniature toothpaste cause some of us tend to forget to pack our own and end up hopping over to the nearest Indo Maret. Bathroom bidet was broken - don't ask I have no idea how that could've happened.

  Be aware of noisy animals from neighboring properties!

  We stayed at this Villa through a package provided by the airline as flight and accommodation deal. This was not our first option as we were travelling with friends and that accommodation had sold out. When picking this Villa, the pictures advertised a large Villa with massive pool. I clearly didn’t research this place properly. Upon arrival the expectation was short lived, although the Villa had a private pool, it was clearly not the Villa I was expecting and showed signs of ageing. Light fixtures were a little tatty, the towels were old, some of which were stained. The bathroom although open and sparse had issues, the upstairs toilet had no water, the rain shower head too had better days, appeared like it hadn’t been used for a long time with smelly running water. The rooms itself were fine, large king sized bed with cable tv and wifi working properlyBreakfast was rather underwhelming, the eggs and toast were served cold with often overcooked eggs or hardened toast and often came in small portions. The orange juice appeared to be watered down and when ordering from their ‘all day’ menu, often certain dishes were unavailable. The safes in the rooms function with electronic keypad, these didn’t work and had to be used by key which was a $10 AUD deposit for the stay of the trip. The worst part of the Villas and I mean worst part was Villa number 4. We stayed there the first night and was awoken at 4am to the Roosters next door as well as dogs constantly barking and fighting with each other. There was some other animal that sounded like a hyena that continuously makes noise like it was killing something. This clearly woke myself and my kids up and was not harmonious at all. We complained to staff who are obviously aware of the issue and didn’t seem perturbed at all. The only thing we could do was move to another Villa which reduced the noise to an acceptable level although you could still hear them in the background. This is clearly an ongoing issue. The private pool was modestly sized, however, there was no direct sunlight on the pool making the pool cooler than most other pools around Bali, however, this wasn’t such a bag thing considering the weather and did the job for us. The staff at Villa Harmony are pleasant to deal with and very welcoming, always willing to help, call a taxi or help you where ever possible. The location is a short stretch out of Seminyak Square and only costs around $4 by Taxi to get to same, this isn’t an issue if you have a bike, however traffic on JL Batu Belig Road was often hectic and would take up a lot of time in heavy traffic. Taxi drivers are not familiar with this Villa and often had to be shown where to go. Overall, Villa Harmony was overall sufficient for our stay, just BE AWARE of the noise from neighboring animals, this was the major downfall for these Villas. The Villas need to have some maintenance and TLC done to uplift the place but not uncommon like other Villas in Bali. The room we stayed in are more tailored for couples or families with older kids. Next time we'll look at accommodation more tailored to young children.

  Overall the Villa was nice, bed was very comfy, cool pool lots of space and friendly staff. Would recommend people stay there as it is great. However, the let down was that the sewerage system in Villa #4 was pretty bad... we think the plumbing was clogged as the bathroom smelt a lot. The place could do with a thorough clean as there was mould in the bathroom. Very noisy birds/chickens next door which wake you up quite early.

  I don’t like writing bad reviews, but I don’t want another family to waste their money on a place that they will not enjoy. We arrived at the villa and it looked lovely. Unfortunately every single day we had ongoing issues.We had no running water for 24hrs - once it was “fixed” the upper level bathroom tap had no running water at all. We had to wash our hands in the shower after using the bathroom - this was fixed on the last night of our stay...Our electricity kept cutting out during the day, the wifi did not work, room service was cold and very small meals. The icing on the cake was when the sewer drain in the outside toilet overflowed overnight and there was mess everywhere! The staff were very nice but management and whoever owns this place clearly have done nothing to improve it or have any intention of fixing these problems to make their guests happy. Nobody who goes on a relaxing holiday should have to deal with these problems every single day (for 7 days). Even taxi drivers who work in the area have said that people who stay here are always having issue with their stay. Really disappointed as this was a gift for our parents.
