    I had a great stay at POP! Hotel Lampung. The hotel is simple, clean, and very comfortable perfect for a relaxing visit. The staff were friendly (Mas Tama and Mbak Suci) and really helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the strategic location, which made it easy to get around the city.     We are so happy with the staff. We booked the room via whatsApp. The staff named Prasetyo helped us through the process. But unfortunately we couldn't go to Lampung and Prass also helped us to cancel the room. And he also helped us to get full refund. It was very nice. Thanks Operational Manager, Other at POP!     I stay for 2 night here and surprisingly its 2 star hotel but the service was 5 star hotel. So wlcoming and wonderful. From security until the engineering.     overall the service was good. the staff are all very friendly welcoming guest by smiling and greeting. the room was also nice and clean. but what makes us shocked is that when we go leaving the room for a while, our room is cleaned by the staff without permission and we even didnt ask for it. we just feel insecure because all our privacy things are left there. and also the shower in the bathroom always fell down, because its not stick anymore to the wall. but overall we like to stay at this hotel and willing to go back here very soon Yogi Siddik, General Manager at POP!
