Great hosts that cannot do enough for you and breathtaking views

This place is truly something special.The villa has a private infinity pool with the most breathtaking view into the jungleThe outside living area is lovely and really relaxing at night when the frogs starts to croak.The outside bathroom is spectacular and the gorgeous bath even has a little moat around it with fish to eat any mozzies that dare come near.But what makes this place is the fantastic host Reni. She cannot do enough for her guests and does everything with a smileFrom making breakfast, ordering takeaways, organising laundry and commissioning her lovely husband Made to drive guests places, nothing is too much troubleI wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who would like to stay a bit away from the busy area of Ubud. It’s a real gem

We stayed at Villa Kupu Kupu and were blown away by Rene and her husband’s hospitality. She was always available to help and served a hearty and fresh breakfast every morning. Made, her husband, was on hand to drive us to surrounding areas on request, and provided recommendations too. The villa is beautiful, exactly how it appears in the pictures. Felt like we were staying in our own private oasis in Ubud.

This place is just like the photos, so beautiful. The best part of the villas though is Reni, she is amazing. She made us breakfast every morning, she made phone calls for us to order food and massages. She is so kind and caring, she will make sure your visit is amazing. The air conditioning works very well. The pool is clean and beautiful. The koi fish around the house and inside the bathroom around the tub are beautiful. The wifi works well so you can use gojek and grab easily. It is like staying in your own little resort. You can have groceries delivered, your laundry done, and did I me tion one hour massages for 13 u.s. dollars?! Tip generously, just because services are cheap doesn't mean you have to be, that's my motto.

Good hotel with good hospitality having all amenities. Must stay in this hotel when in ubud. Delicious food in restaurant serving veg and indian meals. Our host/ butler Mr. Sugi very helpful and helped us with a romantic night with some wine and cake. For honeymooners they provide many complimentary things.You must visit the mango spa for relaxation much recommended.

Although, I cannot review staying there, i can say they are understanding and provide excellent customer service. When I found I was not able to travel due to the coronavirus situation, they agreed to refunded me my full desposit. I'm happy to have booked with them, I will be definitely booking with Kupu Kupu Private in the future!
