    Comfortable hotel. Close to the beach of Ponta Negra. Walking 3 min. Great location. The standard room is small, lacks a mirror, has only the bathroom but with an excellent air conditioning.     Me and my husband stayed 5 days a day in the 2022 feveriro. The only positive points are the location very close to restaurants, markets and the beach of Ponta Negra, most things can be done on foot. The outdoor area with the pool is also very good. The reasonable breakfast, few choices, the sugar maker sitting on the tables full of ants. They put gnt in a room that seemed improvised. There was no door in the bathroom, even in a couple I believe it is quite unpleasant to do the number 2 open door. The cleaning we found weak too, it seemed that they just wrapped the cloth and took out the garbage. There was not even a chair, table or closet to put our belongings. Just a cabinier. The bed and pillows until they were comfortable... the blanket was torn at the tips, all pie.We did not indicate in any way... the room we stayed is quite different from what they post on instagram, there was no room in the bathroom, people with obesity with CTZ would not be able to use that toilet.The structure is good, but the hotel seems to be very poorly cared for mostly in the rooms.     Period of stay: 08/12 to 14/12I stayed at the Hotel Moriah during the mentioned period and would like to record the positive and negative points of the experience.Positive points • The breakfast, though simple, is not bad and serves in a basic way. • The location of the hotel is convenient for those who wish to stay in the area.Negative points • Hairdryer: The hotel does not provide hairdryer in the rooms. There is only one dryer for all guests, which generates turns and often unavailability when we need to use it. • Sockets: All hotel sockets are 220V, no option of 127V. This makes it quite difficult for guests who carry their own dryer or other appliances that are not bivolt. • Breakfast: Although not bad, it has little variety, which makes the experience repetitive for those staying several days. • Clothing drying facility: The hotel does not have a suitable place to stretch or dry clothes, which is a negative point given the beach climate. • Half-day policy: we requested the possibility of paying half-day, since our flight was only in the evening, but the hotel only charges the entire daily, without any flexibility. • Attention: Unfortunately, this was one of the most negative points of the stay.The attendants, in general, are extremely poorly educated, do not greet the guests and do not show cordiality.In particular, the receptionist presents a very poor service, barely looks at the guest during the service, passes a feeling of neglect and total lack of professionalism.ConclusionThe stay left to be desired mainly in relation to the service and the structure offered. These are simple points to adjust, but that make a big difference in the guest experience. I hope that this feedback will be taken into account for future improvements.     In a party of 12 family members, my sister forgot her smartphone on the HOTEL'S RECEPTION DESK and it was stolen. Bare in mind that it is low season and the small hotel was pretty empty. When she asked to speak to the manager, Cezar, to investigate what happened, she was given wrong phone numbers and repeatedly excuses to his lack of interest. Mr Daniel Alcides, director of the hotel was suppose to talk to her and investigate the matter but again we were let down. Although we were told that the way to protect the hotel during the night, as it is very exposed, is by CCTV and patrolling, to ignore the incident we were just told that the CCTV was not working. Everything else that was good about the hotel was spoiled by the total incompetence of the management to deal with unexpected situations and the guests.

    It's a good hotel, not bad, not excellent. The staff are helpful, however, I had some minor problems with the room facilities that were all sorted out the following day.
