Location

The hotel is situated at the heart of Seminyak, and offers easy access to most of the tourist attractions in the area. The beach is about 5 min away by car. It is only a 10-minute drive from Kuta, a 20-minute drive from the international airport, and about 30 min from Denpasar.

Facility

The bungalow complex has a lift and features 45 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the complex include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services include a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area. To assist guests with their business and communication needs, the business centre offers a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a microwave and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system, a CD player, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels.

Sport

A dip in the refreshing outdoor pool is not to be missed. Even on grey days, guests can always go for a swim in the indoor pool. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. Sun loungers and parasols the sun terrace complete the holiday. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the complex offers golf. The fitness rooms are perfect for a comprehensive workout. There is a wellness area with a spa and a steam bath and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a spa and massage treatments. An entertainment programme and live music are also options for entertainment.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A delicious breakfast is an excellent reason to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests can order dishes à la carte or choose a set menu. The complex offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    What a great place for a family holiday. We had three birthdays to celebrate and the staff went out of their way to ensure we all had a wonderful time. The villa was amazing, the pool was greatly used and the in villa bbq banquet was spectacular. So much food. The staff are all very welcoming, remembering your name and making you feel special. We really enjoyed our time here and would recommend these villas to everyone.     I have nothing bad at all to say. The staff are beautiful and friendly. The room is very rustic but romantic the pool is amazing. Very quiet and tranquil. The serenity is amazing.     I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the condition of the villa during my stay. Unfortunately, the property is extremely dated and unclean, which is completely inconsistent with how it was advertised online.There is visible rust throughout the villa, along with bugs in multiple areas, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. I had to have my bed linens changed when I arrived. Additionally, the outside pool area appears dirty, making basic use of the facilities uncomfortable and concerning.This experience is not what was represented in the online listing. Based on the current condition of the villa, I would not return—not even for a spa treatment, let alone a cooking class. The overall environment does not meet acceptable standards for guest comfort, safety, or hygiene.     I stayed at Seminyak estate and spa 27/11/25—30/11/25 in 1 bedroom lagoon villa, the staff are so friendly and kind and welcoming.Breakfast is great great also buffet style plenty of choice, and you can ya have ya eggs made up how you’d like to your way which is great, the location is great as well your not far from the shops about 15 minute walk, the room is great value for money, and also the rooms are so clean and it’s so great you can just get in the pool from your room too, it’s amazing, I’d also recommend anyone to stay here that’s on a solo trip, or as a family or couple it’s also very safe here to so secluded.It’s also very peaceful here and well so if you wanna relax and unwind this is the best place for you Nicolas Sardiana, Guest Services / Front Office at Villa Seminyak Estate & Spa, responded to this review Dear Karl F,Warmest greeting from Villa Seminyak Estate & Spa.Thank you very much for taking the time to share your lovely review.
