    Where do I start...if there was a "-" rating I would give it a -5 rating. From the pot stench in the halls to the non-existent maid service this has to be the worst hotel/motel/Inn I have ever stayed in. So many negative aspects of this place...1) Charge to use lock box inside the room2) Metal shower handle not attached to pipe, after I mentioned to the front desk...they attached a plastic knob which was almost impossible to turn3) On the 5th day of my 6 day reservation there was maid service "Finally". The towels they replaced had large holes in them.4) King size bed frame and support structure was all metal and every move was like I was rolling out a mattress from a pullout couch.5) There must be a homeless floor on the 2nd level because many, many people using the stairs to enter and leave the building. You had to have a room key to use the elevator. 6) Almost every night I came home from working that day I witnessed drug deals going on in the parking lot.7) There were definitely people coming in off the street to have breakfast, coffee and feed their kids.8) Noise....so much noise in the rooms all around me. A couple in the room next to mine argued the whole night.....ALL NIGHT LONG !!! Another night in the room above me someone was tapping an object on the floor from midnight to 3am. in between the taps I could also hear the bed almost bouncing off the floor and a woman moaning...I could only image what was going on.9) Garbage cans outside the elevators overflowing in the morning....not pleasant to see or sanitary...ALL DAY LONG.10) Front desk people not caring or monitoring who comes in or out of the building. Lots of people mingling around inside and outside of the building front lobby and breakfast area.Many, Many more negative partsDon't be fooled by the pictures on their websiteNOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS HOTEL !!!     experience not good I have been asking for a receipt for the last two weeks and They seem to forget to email it. I have a Corp account and I need the receipt to be reimbursed. Stop today and can't get it Manager is out, I called said they would email and that has not happened either. We are going on 3 weeks know. What happen to customer service.
