  I love this hotel!

  I love this hotel! It is very convenient to stay especially to travelers since it is near the Tram going to the Airport. The room was spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and makes customers feel welcome.

  5 star for the value for money and how lovely staff were! Three friends and I booked this hotel as it was good value for money and had everything we needed. It’s really not too far from Florence centre, approximately 10 minute journey for €1.50 each journey. The staff were absolutely lovely and really helpful. Room had everything we needed; very clean, spacious, had a balcony and good shower room. Despite it being close to the tram stop, we all had really good nights sleep and literally could not hear any noise.   Very basic, personally would not stay again

  I’m trying to be fair and I will discuss each pro and con we experienced at this aparthotel but to sum it up, I personally would not stay here again for the 2 main disadvantages I found. 1. It is VERY loud outside. I am a light sleeper so when I saw other reviews on here about the noise I figured it would be the same everywhere for me but when we got here we couldn’t believe it. My fiancé can sleep though loads of noise but all 3 nights we stayed here we got hardly any sleep. There is only one door separating you from the outside where it’s a loud main road, there is a tram nearby, there are sirens all night, the sounds of cars going over grids and then the airport is nearby so you can hear the planes. Secondly, and I know this is personal and different for everyone but me and my partner found the beds to be extremely uncomfortable, but again that is just our opinion. The location is fairly decent, there isn’t a huge selection of restaurants near by but it is very close to a tram stop that takes you into the centre of Florence in less than 15 minutes for only €1.50. The rooms are spacious, a little run down, very basic, the kitchen is a nice touch if you are staying here for longer. We only had two interactions with the reception and they were very friendly both times. It is not a bad place, it just isn’t my preference but the noise level has to be shared.   Nice place, excellent location and connectivity

  Service apartment with kitchen and induction hob. Just 2 mins walk from tram station. Tram connects directly to city centre/train station/airport. Supermarket nearby. You have to pay Euro 4.90/pax/per day at the time of check-in. The staff was courteous. The heating system was quite dicy because of the it works. We had to call staff to adjust room temperature remotely. Otherwise, well maintained, clean service apartment.   Convenient and clean but very dated.

  This place is literally next to the tram stop, 10 minutes and only €1.50 to get into Florence city centre. The staff are very friendly and nice, happy to take your bags after check out too which is always a great option. The place really just needs updating. Even some new bedding would go a long way. Also the hair dryer in our room smelt like it was going to blow up whenever you turned it on.
