A telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Cosmetic products and a selection of towels provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The accommodation has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the accommodation, including cycling/mountain biking, a spa, a sauna, massage treatments, a solarium and hiking.

    Location : the location in Ubud and the road to the location so small, little bit hard to park the carRoom: The room is good there's a kitchen in the room and dining outside in front of the pool, this room has a private pool, the bathroom has outdoor tooFacility : private pool is goodFood : the breakfast looks like nasi campus bali, good taste Service or Staff : staff so kind and nice

    We booked for one night at this property but they called it Virmas Villa side by side with Segening. The villa actually smaller than they show on the pictures. Breakfast so cheap and without juice that they offering on the menus. Pillow was so dirty and smelly. The staff not really helpful. Electricity down in the dawn because they did not fill enough credit into it. They coming in the morning around 9am to refill the electricity. Place not as private as they say because you can hear anything from the alley in front. Don't even think about bathtub as the hot water does not working and the bad thing the hot water in the shower just run in the night! In the morning you just have cold water! Very bad comparing with the price. Not recommend for this place! There a lot of places around served much better with cheaper price.

    We stayed 2 nights in this villa, the staff were friendly but not guard you all the time there. That's make this villa is more private than other We have been to.the bed was comfy and the pool was good. We could request what time we want to have breakfast.     Don't go there as I think there are many better places ...

    So we stayed about 6 days in these villas and we won’t recommend them.As already said, it is important to notice that these are villas and not an hotel…One of the good point was that, when I wrote to the agency which manages these villas, they were very reactive… but the problems were just partially solved.So, the different things we noticed :- Sometimes, there were nobody and as these are villas, we have no choice and were blocked in our villa. There was no permanence…- Wifi which didn’t work very well. We had to use the one of another villa, when it was working. - People didn’t speak English well and that was very unpleasant… (they sent us an English guy but we saw him only 2 days).- Be careful when you ask some meal in your room : they can have 1 hour late.- Breakfast was included but there was no many choice… and it was often cold when we was served in our villa.- We also had the bad surprise to see that our dirty dishes were not taken regularly and so the ants were there.- The place was nice but they didn’t make any renovation and so we had a leak in the bathroom and some pieces of furniture were deteriorated.- As already said, there was only one deck chair and that would be so easy to add one ^^- The swimming pool was nice.- The fridge was quite empty and so if we wanted some staff that should be here, we had to pay an extra charge.- Hard to cook as there was only one pan and no cutlery.- It was hard to find a free electrical outlet : they were all used with many power supplies.- The worst for me (and I think they can’t manage it) : the cocks are shouting from 4 AM to 6 PM and so, calm wasn’t there  Travellink1819, Guest Relations Manager at Segening Villa, responded to this review Dear Charles,Thank you for your recent stay at our villa :) We really appreciate your feedback towards our villa condition.     We booked two villas for ourselves and teenage son. It was about 5mins from Ubud in a beautiful rural setting. Caught the complementary taxi to Ubud and spent the day exploring and that night ordered dinner in. The following night we wondered along the road to Jungle Fish for a beautiful meal. Can not fault the villa and the beautiful daily breakfast and the service we received. Strongly recommend this accommodation.
