  If you looking for relaxation this place is perfect, quite, no noise. 100% i can have my great time here.Honestly yes this place need to increase the cleanliness, increase the quality of breakfast, the property still ok just need better maintenance.It would be perfect if you can make really private villa with no one can passing the garden in your villa area even from the next door, and no staff as well suddenly passing in front of the garden and for sure everybody who passing the garden can see, its uncomfortable.But Once again you get what you paid, but it would be great if you guys can upgrade in some section. And we possibly to coming back again.

  Luxury villa at a good price

  Luxury villa at a good price! Room is spacious, have a huge bed, nice outdoor lounge pool with a view of the golf course, very quiet place, amazing bathroom. I'm giving it 4 stars since there's no hot water in the shower or bath. Overall, I will definitely come and stay here again. Also, it's quite far from shops and restaurants, would be better if you have a car or motorbike.

  Cannot recommend water edge villa more highly. The villas are beautiful with a large clean bathroom and great sized private swimming pool. The room is serviced to perfection daily. The staff are very friendly and helpful particularly Rosa who is willing to help with anything you require. Very reasonable price and the villa is in a compound tucked away behind 2 manned security gates so we felt very safe. The staff helped us get our scooters and we also visited the scooter shop and found them very helpful and friendly too. The only thing we regret is not staying longer... in fact we are already planning our return trip where we hope to bring along the rest of our extended family. We had our laundry done and our clothes were cleaned, ironed and folded to perfection. Thank you water edge villa

  So lots of bad reviews but to be fair its from people who obviously didnt research location or take price into consideration...we are here now amd i want to live here, we knew exactly what we were getting as know the area, for 690,000 for this area we also knew we would not get perfection, most one bed villas with private pool are at least 1.5 mil and above especially for round here, however , villa is great.huge bathroom.amazing bed, unreal views of lake amd gardens, staff are sweet but no not fluent in english but theyre not expected to be so use google translate, in other words come and enjoy...i am super happy with what we have found and will return for sure

  best deal of private Villa

  I don't understand why so many negative review about this Villa. I stayed for 3 days 2 night on last month and feel perfect. its the best deal with best price where you can get villa with private pool, gazebo, huge and very spacious room and bathroom with bathtub but you only pay with 3 star studio hotel room price or even cheaper. so don't be spoil and expect for 5 star villa services. considering that you don't pay that price.located in the quiet and secure area inside new kuta golf area, we got the maximum security guarantee as we have to pass 2 security check point before enter the villa. so its super safe and secure area compare to other location.its only 4 private villa to be rented. the room is huge and very spacious. the bathroom is also enormously huge, completed with bathtub and 2 shower (indoor and outdoor shower). bed also felt perfect. and if you have problem or feel that the villa is not clean enough for you (which is i don't), you can ask the staff to clean it up, and they will do it for sure. and yeap, private pool is not too clean, but once again you can ask the staff tp clean it, otherwise the main pool at lobby area is also nicer than private pool. lobby main pool will also feel like private pool anyway, as when we come, nobody swimming at main pool. its also have nice view to the river/lake of the golf areabreakfast serve at the gazebo of your villa, you better tell the staff what time you want your breakfast to be served and what choice of food do you want. i have no issue about breakfast and its also taste good for me. ibu (im forget the name) who cook it also very friendly, yogi (the staff) also very accomodating our request.no problem also when i rent sccoter from the staff, it is also described on my booking confirmation that rental price is 80 K IDR per day. all good and smooth,definitely will stay here again
