    Okay For Stopover & Very Friendly Staff

    I used this hotel for Stopover for two nights as in transit from NZ to England.The hotel is in need of a bit of cash injection. Possibly about 10-15 years old & starting show. The staff make up for all the quirky complaints that a lot of travellers probably have. The hotel is in a quite run down area bordering on slum like. I found this to be okay going out for a walk & being around the real people of Bali that keep everything going. If I Stopover again ,will use again.     Rundown room condition. Mould and water stain that ruins honeymoon feel and does not reflect the price paid

    Booked suite for 2 nights but checked out the after spending one night. Photos online and actual room condition is very different. The hotel is very rundown, mold and water stain is very displeasing and affect our honeymoon mood. We dont enjoy staying in the room at all. I can't believe this is the room I get for the price I paid.Only thing that was good was their service: welcome drinks, lounge access (things inside has nothing to shout about) and daily dolce gustox2 (but we're not coffee drinkers).Manager offered to change room but we have decided to checkout after seeing similar comments online in google and tripadvisor reviews. Burned 1 night and there's no partial compensation.Edit: Another issue I forgot to mention is that the balcony door lock is faulty. Even though it's unlikely someone will break in through the balcony, but we don't feel secure being inside the room.     A spot in balcony.. Won't stop You to stay.

    We are family group stay in watermark hotel. We stay there only 1 night. Just before transit goes to Singapore. We booked for suite room for 1 night. Room are clean. And huge for 3 adult 1 kid.. but maintenance need to be upgrade specialty on the balcony area. There s a lot spot on the railing .
