  Good place for a long stay

  stay here for 2-weeks as a nomad and it was fantastic experience. The place is comfortably quiet. The staffs were friendly and always ready to assist. The wifi connection also pretty good. Laundry service is just few meters away. There are few places to eat nearby or you can just order food from local rideshare app (Go-Food). it's also about 10 mins ride to beach and if you want to jog to the beach the few along the way is very refreshing. i would recommend this place if you're planning to stay for long in Bali.

  The rooms are clean and big with a private bathroom. They also have a hot shower. The AC failed to work during our stay and it took a long time to be fixed. The staff members are nice but fail to understand most of the times due to the language barrier. The kitchen was good but when I went back last December, the kitchen was made unavailable for guests. The wifi connection was also slow. I like the location, the pool. And it is also a quiet place, away from the buzz and fuzz, but not too far away from the main attractions and establishments.

  This one is very cozy I can say, not too huge, the room is clean, the pool as well, it’s good for those of you who are middle to low budgets traveler. I will suggest you to bring your own meal for your bfast or lunch and cook it at the kitchen by yourself if you don’t want to go out from the villa because the villa itself doesn’t provide meal, they just provide coffee, tea, and water. We were enjoy our stay there

  I arrived at White Dove Villa Resort after 2 exhausting days hiking Mount Bromo and Mount Ijen. Upon arrival I was informed that they had overbooked and my room was no longer available.I was then offered a twin room in the sister resort (North Wing Canggu Resort) for the same price, despite booking a double room at White Dove. I was eventually given a double.The facilities at the hotel were excellent and the room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant was good but fairly expensive when considering the 15% charge on food and drink. The resort is quite remote meaning you cannot go anywhere else unless you hire a scooter. Before arriving at White Dove Villa, I had already paid for laundry to be picked up the next day. After speaking to one of the staff members, he arranged for this laundry to be picked up and delivered to North Wing, which I was extremely grateful for.Unfortunately as the resort is so remote, it is difficult to arrange for taxi services such as Grab to pick you up. When checking out the next day, I was forced to use the hotel 'taxi' service, which was over 4 times more expensive than the price quoted by Grab. I was made to pay 75k for a 3 minute journey. I also had to wait half an hour for the manager to pick me up in the 'taxi'.I did not receiving a single apology from a member of staff throughout my one night stay. I was also not provided with the free breakfast other guests received.In short, the facilities at North Wing were great but the professionalism showed by staff at both resorts was appalling. I would not return and advise others to stay away from both White Dove Villa and North Wing Canggu resorts.

  The hotel is clean. The room is spacious. Their staff is really friendly. But the wifi and parking area kinda sucks, i have to park my car outside the hotel just because the parking area is really small. But over all it’s okay.
