  If you love filth, mould, an unhygienic room/bathroom. This place is for you. Absolutely filthy bedsheets with mould in every corner of the bathroom. We left and went somewhere else.

  Even though this place is very cheap do not stay it is absolutely disgusting. There is mulled toilets are broken vicious dogs the place is unbelievably bad. I booked through Airbnb. I am now trying to get my money back and complaining. I took one look at the room turned around and walked back out down at their little dirty reception area. There was two German girls who was crying Because their room was also extremely bad with mulled. The toilet was disgusting worse than my room. Do not put yourself through it do not stay at this hotel.

  Ongoing SAFETY and Hygiene Risks, and no Host or Help contactable.

  TL;DR: Room unable to be secured, filthy, stinking room and particularly the bedding.The room I was booked into had a broken lock on the window that opened onto the landing, it could not be secured. The gates onto the main road are not secured at night so both guests and outsiders would've had access to my room, my possessions, and me. (This has been recorded in reviews multiple times in the past so it is an ongoing safety concern.)There is no staff on site and no response when trying to contact the host. The room and particularly the bedding also smelt extremely bad, the pillows reeked. There were many other issues such as the pool being so cloudy it didn't look safe to swim in either but these two were the main reasons for my leaving. I left immediately and was continuously unable to get any response from the host at all. She had been pretty bad at responding to messages previously but there was no response in the days afterwards. Airbnb requested a refund on my behalf as I had had to find another room. She refused. I was walking around the streets of Bali with my luggage after midnight trying to find another place. She was apparently not even aware I had returned my key to reception and left for days afterward. I reported to Airbnb Support at the time and in they end they refunded me under Aircover but there has been no action on my reports to the host. This host has multiple listings of the same property.

  Scam place. First we felt cheated on: on Airbnb the photos are probably from 20 years ago when they just opened, specially the pool ones. The pool seems to not been clean for over a month, room’s door doesn’t lock, air conditioning is broken, we were two people they gave us one towel, toilet leaking everywhere, bathroom flooded, shower with only cold water, no bedsheet, moldy walls, no Wi-Fi, awful music by the rooms starting at 8am. Couldn’t recommend it any less, been in Bali for almost 2 months and it’s by far the worst place I’ve been in the island and probably anywhere in all my life 😆😆 it’s a joke please don’t come here. Hope you don’t get scammed on bnb or any other platform like us

  Not renovated at all. Slept 1 night in the second room they showed us, as we were very late arriving. Nothing in the room, no jug, cups, glasses, hairdryer, only 1 coat hanger, no bath mat !! The room was empty. Light above bed wouldn’t turn off, so on all night. No breakfast available!! So dirty and filthy in bathroom, not cleaned, a dirty tissue on top of the toilet lid, mirror completely discoloured with rush stains, old broken down rooms, both that we saw !! It was advertised as fully renovated which is a lie !! We paid 7 nights, stayed one, they wouldn’t give a refund, which is unacceptable!! My husband was told to talk to Booking.com about refund !!
