The hotel lies in the middle of a tropical garden and only 2 minutes away from the broad beach. Legian beach is only around 15 minutes away. The city centre with its numerous shops and restaurants is within a 4-minute walk. Transfer to the airport takes about 15 minutes.

Guests have a choice of 180 rooms located in two 3-storey buildings with lifts. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden.
