  The Ziva a Residence offers decent value for money. The location is very good: 10 min walk from the beach, 5 min walk from the Main Street in Kuta. The design is modern and spacious. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They could benefit from further training on professional standard service provision. Towels need to be replaced. Overall cleanliness is okayish. The kitchen needs a thorough cleaning and property could use general maintenance & upkeep in various areas.   First 3 nights in Bali were wonderful, saying at ziva, we were looked after and always felt safe. Friendly staff who were always attentive. Thank you for a wonderful stay.   We absolutely loved our stay at Ziva a Residence! The property is stunning and very spacious. The staff were incredible - very friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble.   We loved every moment of our stay at this exceptional villa. I personally am well traveled and have been to many beautiful places around the globe, however this was by far my favourites. The service is fabulous. We came at peak time so taxis were delayed however they didn’t offered to take us locally which was super handy. Always there at night and for any enquiries we had. Food for breakfast was cooked fresh the morning and time we opted for. The outside lunch/ dinner menu not that great however this isn’t a reflection of the villa itself as they have limited control. To my understanding this has changed since. Very spacious, clean and standout stay.   Great villa but awful food/service

  The villa is huge, the pool is fantastic and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The problem is the staff’s skills and training: the food is awful (we ended up ordering always food from outside), the cleaning just decent (shower clogged with hair, pool needed to clean it better more than once), also the cooking amenities/pots are not enough to cook at home even a simple pasta (we had to buy pots and accessories). We stayed there 10 days, the General Manager never bothered to show up or even give a call to check if everything was ok. The villa location is technicall close to the center, but in order to reach it you need to walk for 300 mt in a VERY narrow and dark street, very dangerous for the kids with scooters and cars going very fast (my son fell with a leg in a open sewer canal, and once a scooter fell badly just few meter beyond us... really scary). When asked to call a taxi during the evening, the staff say it is impossible because of the high demand so we were obliged to walk there. Bottom line: at this price in peak season you find a much more luxury treatment. But the villa’s structure is really great. As informed by our staff, the lunch and dinner is provided by outsource and after this feedback we never order lunch & dinner from them anymore. Now we have new company that able to provide us much better quality of food.Our Pantry Kitchen actually have full equipment, not only kitchenette. We have microwave, small open, toaster, coffee maker, water dispenser with hot and cool water, refrigerator, Plates, glasses, cutleries, pots, pan, including the accessories to cook.Following the taxi, our staff always tried their best to call a taxi for you.In regard of the Pool, we clean it everyday, we even clean it more than once whenever we had a change or based on guest request. The reason why we only clean the pool once everyday during your stay is your privacy. If the guest inside the villa, we only come into your villa based on guest request only.
