  Great breakfast ever with hospitality service from hotel teams

  Actually I stastfy with hospitality on the Roof top terrace and garden crews, especially Putri and the Manager who always provide me extension power cable for my laptopThe food was nice and tested for Indonesian peopleSeveral times i stay at this Neo+ Balikpapan for my busines trip for couple days, the room is good and the location is strategically and downtownNex trip i would prefer and recommended to stay here again Irham Tanry Latanro, Owner at Hotel Neo+ Balikpapan, responded to this review Dear Mrs. AmirHasma9, Thank you most sincerely for your wonderful review.   The service is awesome. Good food quality and sufficient variety to choose from, despite the hotel price. Considerably clean n comfortable. But parking is a bit limited, though valet parking is provided.There is a renovation going on so a bit noisy from the room during daytime.   No window for family room, different room between application and reality. They are not gurantee the room as seen on picture said FO Linda.
