My family and I stayed at the Aston Tropicana over the weekend, and we had a truly wonderful experience! The hotel's location is strategic, close to Cihampelas Walk and various dining options. It's perfect for a staycation or short getaway.The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quite spacious. The facilities are complete, from the swimming pool and gym to the varied and delicious breakfast—a wide selection of local and international dishes.The most impressive aspect was the service from the hotel staff. Everyone was friendly, responsive, and very helpful from check-in to check-out. Special thanks to the front office staff, ms. Lea who were very professional and polite.Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in the Cihampelas area. I will definitely return if I ever visit Bandung!

Centrally locared hotel with dated rooms

The location was good with a shopping mall across the road. The room was spacious but the bathroom was dated. The hot water for shower and sink was hard to adjust making it difficult to shower. Breakfast was average. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. The staff was friendly.

The Restauran service was excellent by Dimas, he deliver amazing service. The food was average and the ambiance was lovely. However, the restaurant could be a bit noisy at times, especially during peak hours. Room AC also not really cold before get repaired by engineer. Despite this minor drawback, I would still highly recommend this Hotel for anyone looking for vacation.

Old building but well mantained. Polite staff. Strategic location. Breakfast is good. Room is spacious and clean. Very recommended for family and holidays. Parking bit too small though. Close to minimarket and shopping areas as it is located at cihampelas.
