  We booked a room to share for 3 people (gal pals) but were only allowed 3 of certain things - toothbrush and towel were free, but if we wanted a third pillow or slippers we had to pay. The hot water in the shower was just a tad above warm and had such low water pressure that I couldn't rinse my hair clean. After 5 minutes, the hot water would be completely empty (nothing coming out at all). We called the front desk and were told there was a problem with the pipes. It was very crowded and no one seemed to be following the covid-19 guidelines - people were crowding into the elevator, not wearing masks, only occasionally was there anyone to check temperatures at the front door. The breakfast buffet area just got messier as the morning went on without anyone to clean up spills or restock items. Probably the worst part was the smoking. There is no non-smoking floor. At any time of day or night our room would be filled with the smell of cigarette smoke.   Overall is good but internet connectivity needs to be better because i'm difficult to connect and sometimes can't connect. The room is nice, clean, smell good, the bed is comfortable.   Medium-Low Standard 3 Stars Hotel

  I visited this Hotel for a trip to Garut on 21-22 July 2020. The hotel was rather big, inside a complex with some restaurants or cafes next to the hotel. The service was good: fast check-in, fast room service (i was borrowing a set of spoon, fork and plate). The location of the hotel is very close to the city of Garut. However the facility is kinda poorish. I spent a lot of my time in the hotel room for working, but the table is very-very small. I worked with a MacBook Air 13" on the table and not even my hand could be laid on the table. It's only enough for a laptop. If you need more space, you must move the tray of glasses and instant beverages to other place. The electric water kettle handle was frail, it should be glued to its body, but some parts of the handle are detached. The bed was not too comfy, you could feel the spring when you are sitting or even lying down. The soap in the bathroom is 3 in 1: soap, shampoo and conditioner. The shower's hot water is warm, not hot enough for me.Another big problem for me is the lighting. Even when I turned all the lights on, the lighting was still dim. My eye was hurting when I do my work on the laptop during late afternoon to early morning.If you're doing business in Garut and don't stay a lot in the hotel, this hotel is recommended for you. You will mostly not care how comfy the bed is when you're tired and you will not use the table for working. However, if you're doing a holiday or do stay a lot in the room and willing to work from the hotel, this hotel is not for you.
