Big appreciation for entire team of Santika Garut. Shoutout for Philip, Defty, Jascinda and Galih for amazing service during my stay. Arriving in very early morning, greeted by Philip who gave me assistance to keep my luggage. Check in process was smooth and hassle-free with assistance from Defty, she know me so well she gave me mountain view room with lil surprize, of course this will not happen without Jascinda help. Galih personally gave his phone number and assist me with my garut itinerary! Nice touch bruh! Lil summary from my stay:Room :Quite big room with balcony and mountain view! Bed is big enough for 2 person stay! Linen? Perfectly white, no spot nor yellowish color. Bathroom lil bit small, especially showe area and no glass separator so it get wet all over (make sure u ask for double bathmat) Please pay attention on shower tap, lil bit confused when using it. When I try to make lil bit colder by turn the cold tap, it turn out more warm but when im turning warm tap, it turn out colder.Resto: The food was okay, Im not a big breakfast person, so do my partner. We try baso aci and turn out it was good. Thanks to silvi, who greet me that morning! Lounge: Since Im mysantika member, they gave me lounge access. To be honest, the lounge quite good with lot of seating preference. And interesting part is they have separated pool from main one. It gave exclusive feels. If you have more budget pls mind to take premiere type one, more benefit including this lounge access anda enjoy more private pool. Overall:This hotel is beyond my expectation with amazing from all staff including all I stated. The facilities more than enough for 2 night stay. Will be back soon to Santika Premiere Garut!

Mountain view hotel in Garut

Stay for 3 days for bussiness meeting, the room bit tiny but the food is great. They offer local signature food on breakfast such as baso aci, mie kocok, burayot and dodol. The pools have warm water and jogging track of padi fields and of course the best mountain views.

A story of kiddos and munding, what a pleasant stay

happy family staying for 1 night in santika premiere garut last weekend with abang n adek kiddos want to see a munding🤣 our choice go straight to santika premiere in garut. One thing we always notice is how the staff are friendly to everybody for this visit we amaze with Kakak Jacinda FO abang was cranky at first but Kak Jacinda show abang a tour of the pool thanks Kakak Jacinda🩵 The rest of our stay also pleasant the view is no doubt also the food are very various never think twice to come here again.
